Pros:

The location is great. The unit is clean and spacious enough. We esp. loved the beds -so comfy! My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening after walking around manila on a hot day. We'd like to book it again the next time we go back to the Philippines.

Amazing!
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying sa unit. Sobrang cozy ng place, kumpleto lahat sa gamit and all. Sobrang linis din. Will rebook!!🤞

Pros:

Location and Facilities.
The host gave us free of charge for the 2 kids (not listed as guests)

Cons:

No update from the host/property owner. I had to keep following up which only then I will get an update. Host only confirmed the guests count when we arrived. She said they charge extra for the kids (2) - first time I encountered extra fees for kids, although I actually did not listed them as guests - that's on me.

1km away from Greenbelt malls, and dont expect the same wall paint and decorations.
Pros:

The new year fireworks is visible from the balcony.

Cons:

The building is approximately 1 km away from the nearest Greenbelt mall, just for your infornation. While the unit layout matches the photos, the wall paint and overall decoration are completely different from what was advertised. Additionally, there were maintenance issues, including a non-working TV (despite my repeated request for assistance from the host) and smelly bathroom pipes, which negatively affected our stay. Overall, the unit did not meet expectations based on the listing.

Comfortable, clean, great price.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable. Place is clean and with hot water for shower. Kitchen utensils are all clean. The price point is great for its location. Nearby marts are available. I highly appreciate the host’s quick response. I booked almost 12 mn because of power outage while in a terrible storm. Had a really long and tiring day from ER with my kid’s fracture that required a cast. I also need to work after. She is so kind to reach out and provided a comfortable place to stay for my family. ❤️

Planlösningen stämmer inte alls med bilderna. Inget separat badrum, ett av sovrummen var i allrummet. Med badrum innanför det stängda sovrummet.

Apparemment plutôt grand mais mérite quelque reparation
Pros:

L'appartement est plutôt grand

Cons:

Certaine équipement devrai etre réparé.
Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant ce qui laisse la lumière rentré très tôt le matin.
Le tuyau d'évacuation de la machine a laver est complètement détruit et il refuse de le changer de ce fait il y a de l'eau partout sur le balcon lorsque on utilise la machine a laver.

マカティを楽しむならベストな立地です。ユニットは広々としてマニラの富裕層気分を楽しめます
Pros:

マカティの中心エリアまで徒歩で15分程で行ける立地。
高層ビルの上層階で、夜景はとても美しい。
アパートメントとしての設備の充実感。そしてフォローの丁寧さ（洗濯機が壊れていたのだが、対策を依頼すると翌朝にスタッフが洗濯物を取りに来て夕方に畳んで届けてくれた）
テーブルと椅子が5客あり、家族で団らんも出来たのは素晴らしい。
自分が宿泊した部屋は最上階でした。掲載写真とは違いましたが、基本的には満足しています。

Cons:

これはクレームというより提案です。
キッチンの排水から悪臭が逆流する。排水トラップが壊れているかもしれないので直したほうがいい。カーテンの遮光はかなりプア。夜明けとともに目が覚める生活に変わるメリットもあるが…
包丁の切れはかなり悪い。研ぎ棒があるといい（今回は別の包丁の背を使って少し研ぎましたが）
小さいベッドルームのエアコンが不調。電子音が1分おきになり、温度などがコントロールされているかわからなかった。
宿泊日前にした質問が帰ってこない。アパートメントへの宿泊として質問に返事がないとかなり心配になる。
