Pros:

To set the stage for my review you need to adjust your expectations. Many travelers assume that a property listed on this platform is a hotel. Most condos listed here are managed by the actual owners. That said, you can experience huge differences in quality and support. I found this particular unit to excel over many condos I have rented over the years. I received important information regarding how to access my unit as well as parking and amenities available. The bed was extremely comfortable. The aircon was ice cold and reasonably quiet for a window-style unit. The condo was not overly cluttered with decor and offered everything you needed for short to long term stays. The bathroom (CR) was small as expected but very functional. It had good water pressure. Hot water was readily available in the shower. The towels were awesome. Definitely hotel quality brands. The location was incredible. Close to malls, and in my case, government buildings. I really have no clue if there was a pool, gym, etc. so I can't comment on it. Bottom line is the price was amazing inexpensive for what I got.

Cons:

I didn't necessarily dislike anything but you should be aware that although there's free parking in front of the building it's limited and appeared to be always full. For an additional P350/day you can get access to the covered parking structure. The condo management can arrange that or the front desk guard.

Great Stay!
Pros:

The thoughtfulness of the Host, the location, the facilities. The little snack counter in case you get hungry (just leave the payment, there’s a price list provided). The easy check-in procedures. In short, everything!

Convenient and Comfortable stay in the heart of CDO! 💛
Pros:

Location is fantastic, malls and shops are walking distance. I appreciate the studio is cosy and has all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. I've stayed here a couple of times and everytime I notice something new has been added for guests to use!

Cons:

During one stay, the toilet got blocked which was the first for us. however, the host responded to my query quickly and had someone come to help with the situation and fixed it quickly! very much appreciated the quick turnaround.

VERY NICE....DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO MY OFFICE MATES.
Cons:

I AM JUST A LITTLE CONCERN ON THE DOOR KNOB OR THE WHOLE DOOR. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A KEY PROVIDED, IT NEEDS DEAD LOCK TO SECURE THE DOOR, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT.
