Pros:

Kitchen staff and housekeeping staff + 2 reception staff. Room was spacious. Choice of channels on tv was limited. Free water provided daily. Table and cupboard available in room.

Cons:

Repeat items for breakfast. 1 X reception staff - needs full training. Kept giving responses like, I forgot or I don't know etc - was somewhat rude.

Location was good , break fast was good , ac water and staff is really good

This was my 2nd stay in last 1 year , as compare to last stay this time. I feel cleanlyness was little bit dull, room was very small as compare to price

Zero out of 10. Disgusting property.

Cons:

Dirty and disgusting property for the price we paid. We paid Rs7000 as it said 4 star hotel. Nowhere near a 4 star its worst then 1 star. We would like our refund. The staff are disrespectful and the manager is shameful.
