All the personnel is very nice and friendly and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and to help you with all your needs. Several people speak a decent or good english. The room has a good size, is (very) clean and the bed is comfortable. Clean linen and towels. The restaurant is good too.
There shall be some heaters in the rooms, January is cold and it makes it quite uncomfortable to feel cold in the room.
Mostly everything needs more or less maintenance to reach international standards. This place could be greater but for the price it is acceptable.
Not related to the hotel but:
- there is an hotel next to this one organizing parties and it can be quite noisy until late night.

However, they charged the full amount of breakfast while booking with the breakfast option.

No lift. Our room was in 2nd floor. No hot water. Toilet flush was leaking.
