Accès difficile par un escalier et pas d’indication du numéro du bâtiment.Logement très vieux. Équipement de mauvaise qualité et sommaire. Baignoire très abîmée par le tartre non décapée. Store SDB cassé donc impossible de le fermer pour le soir . Robinet du lavabo à revoir et attendre longtemps pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Vaisselle très limite. Fenêtre devant la terrasse avec joints noirs. Installation électrique très douteuse ! Lit forme de lits de 90 cm collé. Store pour la nuit non suffisant . Petit bureau pour pouvoir manger . Étagères en hauteur inutiles. Étagère dans la cuisine de très mauvaise qualité ! Micro-onde qui ne chauffe pas longtemps . Murs non propres. Porte d’entrée non nettoyée . Et odeurs désagréables dans l’escalier dues à la présence d’un gros chien . Foulard obligatoire pour se protéger . Mise en route de la machine à laver à l’étage toute la matinée du dimanche . Séjour un peu gâché par cette offre de location

Mooie omgeving, op wandelafstand van het centrum.
Zeer vriendelijk en warm onthaal. Gastvrouw is gemakkelijk bereikbaar en flexibel. Voldoende info, ook toeristische info.
Alles is aanwezig in de studio voor een prettig verblijf. Enkele basisproducten om te starten aanwezig in het keukentje. Alles heel net.
Bedlinnen en badlinnen van goede kwaliteit.
Gratis parkeren in de buurt.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de matras is het enige wat voor verbetering vatbaar is.

Prachtige locatie aan de Maas, dichtbij het centrum van Namen.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw.
Alhoewel zij van mening is dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen is, zorgde ze toch voor een uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Dat bij een B&B er discussie kan zijn over het inclusief zijn van het ontbijt.
Er was aangegeven dat wij met de fietsen enkele treden op.moesten. Dat bleken er 19 te zijn. Gelukkig kregen wij hulp bij het naar boven brengen van de fietsen.
