Good
Pros:

I was so impressed with the staff here. I was staying with my family before a race on a neighboring island and when I asked gently about the possibility of an early breakfast (5AM!) they said it would be possible. In the morning when I went to pick it up the staff could not have been more kind! Receiving a delicious breakfast with a smile at 5am is rare and I was floored. Thank you!

Cons:

I didn't realize the toilets would be so far from our room pod. Having to walk over 400m to the nearest toilet in the dark of night was difficult for my kids. There is also no running water in the room pod, understandably, but a bunch of individual water bottles in the fridge felt very wasteful. Maybe they can consider more eco-friendly ways to ensure we have access to water.

Nice for 1 night to discover the park
Pros:

Room view and staff were amazing.
Location was great, direct access to the park with a bike available with the hotel room.
Not cheap but very good barbecue and breakfast a bit limited.

Cons:

The amenities are quite far from the room and without toilet, mirror or sink in the room we would have not stay longer.

Very well located in the quiet area with good vibes; facility is sufficient; bar tender/ cook is pretty handsome☺️

Cons:

Could arrange more receptionist: the hotel introduction usually takes 5-10min, only one receptionist would make the waiting time quite long

Pros:

Both the tent, public toilet, bath pool and environment is clean and tidy. Staffs are very friendly and can communicate with certain level of English.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from city, and some noises at night from nearby trains and airplanes.

Tastefully and thoughtfully designed
Pros:

Facilities are very new and modern. Very friendly and respectful staff. Everything is beautiful, especially the public bath tent. The free scooter was a great gesture. Don’t miss BBQ dinner it’s delicious!

Cons:

Could have given more detailed directions to guests on their website before checking in.

Superb
Pros:

Wonderful cabin room by the bay. Nice breeze during the evenings can see the sunsets beautifully. You can rent bikes to cycle around the area. The onsens were great too.

Cons:

The location was a bit far away from the station. If you have a car that would be great. Dont rely on the buses, they never came.

Remarkable stay and the kids love staying in the tent
Pros:

The tent and the facilities are all spacious, clean and stylish. The night view is remarkable and stargazing is possible if the weather is fine. Staffs are friendly.

Would be better to travel during summer
Pros:

Exception glamping experience, living in the wild. The kids totally love it.

Cons:

Travelling to washroom and bath could be challenging in cold nights since there is no washroom in the room. Cabin is rather small, not enough to put our luggages and clothes for a family of 4.
