Pros:

Posizione eccellente, connessione internet veloce e stabile. Appartamento pulito, in ordine e confortevole, con ottimo rapporto qualità–prezzo.

A lot of refurbishment work is needed in the flat, which is a shame as the location is great.
Pros:

The location of the flat was very good, as it was near the centre of Beyoglu, the large Istiklal road, Galata and Karakoy.

Cons:

The second floor flat however was dissapointing. The bathrooms was very moldy and we had to ask for a replacement duvet as it was modly. The bedroom floorboards are extremely creaky.

Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение. Не далеко от метро, не далеко от ул Истикляль. Было комфортно заселяться дистанционно. Мы в отеле находились чисто для ночлега, поэтому все что нужно мы получили в полном объеме. Постельное было чистым.

Cons:

Возможно уже скоро лучше сделать косметический ремонт) но нас это не смущало, это мелочевки.

Avoid at all costs

Very disappointing experience.

The apartment was in unsafe condition: mold, moisture damage, peeling paint, exposed electrical wiring, broken fire alarm, strong cigarette smell, and constant noise. There was no staff on-site, and the reception was unattended.

I reported everything with photo and video evidence. The property refused to help and stopped responding.

Booking.com support did not resolve the issue either — instead, they stepped back and offered only €27 compensation, which is completely inadequate given the situation.

I had to leave the property the next morning and book another hotel at my own expense.

Not acceptable.

La déco et pas grand chose de plus

Cons:

Par quoi commencer ? 1 minute après avoir payé la réservation non remboursable un sms d’un numéro inconnu nous annonce que nous ne pourrons pas être reçus. Cela sera contredit 1h plus tard. Nous n’avons croisé aucun personnel sur place, nous avons du réclamer sur l’application pour avoir la télécommande de la télévision qui manquait. Au lieu de s’excuser le personnel nous a dit que nous avions qu’à la demander avant et qu’ils ne feraient rien à cette heure ci. Ajoutons que les serviettes étaient tachées, la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas et que le verrou de la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Le logement est finalement assez loin des lieux d’intérêts et très bruyant, nous avons réveillés par des bruits à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du bâtiment. Beaucoup trop cher pour cette qualité de service déplorable.

Das Appartement war wertig und ansprechend gut ausgestattet. Unsere Kontaktperson war Gürkan, den man jederzeit alles fragen konnte und der sehr freundlich war. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Galata-Turms (ca. 1,5 km) und ein kleiner Supermarkt war direkt um die Ecke. Wir fanden es toll und kämen jederzeit gerne wieder! War total authentisch!

Cons:

War einfach sehr nett und da gibt es nix zu meckern.

Расположение удобное, райончик спокойный, мало машин, рядом продуктовые магазинчики есть. Есть микроволновка, холодильник, плита, немного посуды, в целом, жить можно (но смотри минусы). Отмечу аутенчиную мебель в комнате, вот она понравилась. Также хорошие шторы - не пропускают свет. Был обогреватель

Во-первых, это не отель! Это что-то типа гостевого дома, очень разочарован, что он выдается при поиске с фильтром по отелям.
Фото которые есть не отражают действительности. При заезде понял, что номер неустраивает, проверил здесь, на booking, что на эти даты свободны другие номера, но мне сказали, что на самом деле всё занято и переселиться нельзя. Номер тестоват. Звукоизоляция с улицы очень плохая. Под окнами перекрёсток - постоянно было слышно, как кто-то стоит болтает. Отопления нет, комнату можно прогреть обогревателем, но в ванной всегда холодно (останаливался в марте, еще прохладно было). В целом на сервис не стоит расчитывать: персонала нет, ресепшна нет, персонал видел только при заселении, потому что платил наличкой. Если у вас наличка, лучше не рассматривайте этот вариант, с этим большие сложности! Потратил пару часов, пока ждал человека, чтоб заплатить. Номер очень грязный, посуду пришлось мыть (без губки, её не было), со стен слезает краска, на кухне грязные пятна на мебели.

Красивое историческое здание.
Pros:

Локация хорошая! Было прохладно но привезли оперативно обогреватель. В общем не плохо учитывая место и размер апартаментов. Есть полноценная кухня что удобно если для вас это принципиально важно. Напротив в соседнем доме магазинчик есть в принципе всё необходимое для личных нужд.

Cons:

Очень сильно скрипят полы это не комфортно. Скрипят не только в ваших апартаментах но и у соседей сверху снизу и рядом. Это наверно самый не комфортный момент но для кого-то может это и не страшно.

Riscaldamento scarso, chiave non funzionava nessuno rispondeva alle chiamate (4 numeri) anche il proprietario che scriveva con whatsapp ha risposto il mio messaggio di aiuto dopo un’ora, alla fine dopo diversi tentativi uno si è degnato di rispondere ma non parlava inglese. (Se è una locazione per turisti devi conoscere la lingua inglese altrimenti cambia attività). Comunque dopo 40 minuti di attesa ho trovate la chiave master per entrare in stanza. Abbastanza pulito ma asciugacapelli bruciato lampada in camera con lampada bruciata e una tenda per oscurare la finestra in camera anello rotto. Ma chi ha dato il voto di “Favoloso”?!!! Pensare che ho scelto una delle suite deluxe.. ma forse non conoscono il significato di questa parola. Ubicazione non è lontana da Galata ma in una stradina alquanto losca. Prima e ultima volta che prendo un appartamento, mi dispiace per il proprietario le mie non sono parole buone ma chi arriva dopo un volo da lontano tutto vuole tranne che trovare problemi, e il problema della chiave senza un aiuto diretto non è elegante…

Teapa !!! Fotografiile de pe Booking nu corespund cu realitatea , am platit pentru o camera si am primit alta pe motiv ca a noastra ar fi fost ocupata dar de fapt camera era doar o poza falsa. in momentul sosirii a trebuit sa platim o supra taxa pentru balcon 35 euro iar balconul este o gluma asa cum spunea cineva aici . Am punctat corect locatiile rezervate de mine pentru ca apreciez munca pe care o fac cei din aceasta industrie dar aici este vorba despre o bataie de joc la adresa clientilor

Poze false cu camera pe care urma sa o primim , ni sa cerut bani in plus pentru cazare , in ultima zi nu am mai primit micul dejun ( care oricum era nutela expirata si masline ) cica politica hotelului.Daca vreti o vacanta reusita in Turcia evitati acest hotel . Poate va intrebati de ce am optat totusi pentru aceast hotel ? , pentru ca atunci cand am facut rezervarea avea o nota foarte mare ( recenzii false ) care pe parcurs a inceput sa scada atunci cand clientii au vazut in ce hazna au ajuns

Not what it states though a very good location
Pros:

At a central location with easy to reach tourist spots thru taxi or public transport. Also possible to walk to some tourist spots.

Cons:

Change in management means no breakfast, even though stated at time of booking. Exceptionally, they offered useless breakfast to us. e.g. 2 eggs for 3 people.

Descriptions at time of booking do not match. e.g. not a hotel, no fitness center, no 5 star etc
