Jederzeit wieder. Ein modernes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Kostenloses Parken direkt am Hotel. Freundlicher Service. Moderne Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Lage. - Perfekt gelegen, um den UNA-Nationalpark mit den traumhaften Wasserfällen zu besuchen. Auch die Plidvicer Seen in Kroatien sind nicht weit entfernt, PKW vorausgesetzt.

Cons:

Ich wusste bereits, was mich erwartet. Also ist es für mich kein Mangel, dass das Hotel ausserhalb des Zentrums liegt und das man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, wenn man Stadt und Umgebung erkunden möchte. Diese Informationen hilft aber vielleicht anderen möglichen Gästen.

الاستقبال كان احترافي و ذو خلق رفيع ... لو كان في جناح من غرفتين او غرفتين متصلتين تكون أفضل و الإفطار متواضع جدا لكن يعجبني ... و يوجد مصعد.... اشكركم جميع العاملين من الاستقبال الى خدمة تنظيف الغرف الى النادل الإفطار....

Gefallen hat mir vor allem, dass das Hotel sehr neu und modern ist. Man erkennt deutlich, dass hier grundsätzlich viel Potenzial vorhanden ist.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts noch nicht vollständig fertiggestellt. An vielen Stellen merkte man, dass die Eröffnung aufgrund der bereits begonnenen Saison etwas zu früh erfolgt ist. Dadurch wirkte vieles noch nicht richtig eingespielt.
Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Brötchen wirkten nicht frisch, eher wie vom Vortag. Auch der Aufschnitt, die Salate und weitere Speisen machten leider keinen frischen Eindruck. Gerade bei einem neu eröffneten Hotel hätte ich hier deutlich mehr Qualität und Frische erwartet.
Insgesamt hat mich vor allem gestört, dass das Hotel trotz des noch nicht abgeschlossenen Zustands bereits geöffnet hatte und dadurch der Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt wurde.

Solides Hotel, am Standtrand von Bihać.
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, zentral und an einer Hauptstrasse. Von daher gut zu erreichen.
Man ist ca. 5-10 Autominuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt.
Auch Gut sind die vielen Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort.
Es sind wirklich mehr als genügend vorhanden.
Auch das Bett ist äusserst bequem.
Es ist sehr modern alles und schön beleuchtet.

Cons:

Leider gibt es 2-3 Punkte, die ich bereits dem Rezeptionisten, am Empfang gesagt habe, die nicht wirklich gut waren.
1. Das Schloss im Bad war bei unserer Ankunft defekt! Da wir ein kleines Kind haben, dass gerne krabbelt ist dies zwingend vor der Ankunft der Gäste zu beheben.
2. Die Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet, falls man dem so sagen kann, waren an beiden Tagen wirklich sparsam und sehr (um es vorsichtig zu formulieren) unappetitlich.
Das Ei praktisch halb-lebendig, nicht roh, nicht gekocht. Keine Löffel für die Puddings und Joghurts.
Sehr spärlich alles.
3. Das Personal vom Hotel MUSS die Gäste welche in die Zimmer und/oder zum Restaurant gehen, ansprechen leiser zu sein.
Um 23 Uhr bin ich fast nackt, aus dem Zimmer, rausgerannt um zu Fragen ob wir in einer Diskothek sind oder in einem Hotel?
Falls dies NICHT MACHBAR ist, dann müssen Familien die oberen Zimmer erhalten.
Wir waren im Zimmer 102 und man hörte buchstäblich ALLES!
