Clean room but horrible breakfast!!
Pros:

Nice and clean rooms. The personnel was very friendly.

Cons:

It’s a four-star hotel, so we expected a certain standard.

When we arrived downstairs in the morning, we were told that breakfast would not be served because only a few guests had stayed at the hotel the previous night. Instead, we were given a bag with a warm bottle of water and two sandwiches.

Since we paid the full price and were not informed about this in advance, we found this quite disappointing. In our opinion, not serving breakfast simply because there are not many guests is not the right approach for a four-star hotel.
That being said, the rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, the lack of proper breakfast service left a negative impression.

Everything, and thanks to the receptionist Haron he was really helpful and he can speak 3 languages:
Bosnia language, English, Arabic.
And he was helpful and very friendly and nice to us.
