Tiene estacionamiento.

Cons:

Casi todo, no limpian, no hacen las camas, sucio, mal olor, instalaciones con desgaste. Se nota que fue bueno en su momento, pero se fue hechando a perder.

Proximity to event we were attending

Cons:

The room stunk of cigarette smoke.
The bathroom had mold, tile grout was filthy, floor tiles were broken, spa bath was filthy including hair in the jets

Cons:

Immediately noticed the very musty smell from the room and bathroom and dust everywhere. Room was 100m walk from the carpark up spiral stairs which was extremely inconvenient. The worst part though was the loud screeching from the plumbing day and night when the next door room used the water. So loud it would wake anyone up. There was not any basic cooking utensils or even a hairdryer. Absolutely awful.

Excellent room probably suitable for a longer stay.
Pros:

The room and bed. Very spacious lounge room.

Cons:

Shower tap washers required attention. The locknut was missing off of one of the taps. Two other tap handles were loose. The lavatory bowl was very wide but not very long which made access to use paper extremely difficult. This was room 1 and I am a rather large person.

Dirty, scummy hotel. Utter filth. Wouldn’t let my dog sleep there.
Pros:

The room was absolutely filthy. Dirty walls, thick dust coated all the blinds and roof fan. Curtains falling down shower was filthy with mould. Spa was dirty with scum. The kitchen was unclean. Holes in walls. Sheets crumbled. Dirty dirt place.

Cons:

The pavers were super slippery and with my elderly mother it was pretty dangerous.

There was also lots of other guest disturbance. I could hear them shower and talk and at 4am when you have a long drive back to Canberra it’s pretty rough to be woken at that time.

Would rather camp in a cheap tent and no toilet

The reception staff was lovely

Cons:

The room was very very unclean, food & drink bits on everything, dark stains on face washers, hair in the bed, and stains on the sheets, splatters on the walls and was left with a dish sponge that I’m not certain you can call a sponge anymore. I do have plenty of photo evidence. I unfortunately travelled to attend my mother’s wedding so had no other option but to stay, I checked out a night early with my family and informed the reception of the reason why. He asked me & I advised the reason & showed him the photos. He said would speak to the owner regarding this & discuss refunding the second night which I was grateful for. Confirmed my details and did not hear back. It’s been 10 days and I have not heard anything.
