We didn’t have a tv remote in the room
Nothing. Appreciate the manager refunding us. I feel for them however they should not be allowing it to be advertised as a hotel.
This is not actually a hotel, it’s a halfway house for homeless and dv survivors. We stayed 3 hours and left due to seeing things we should not have witnessed. The rooms were creepy and curtains falling off the runners, power points hanging out of the sockets, revolting. Also when closing the bathroom door it locked us in. Thank goodness I had my son to pull it open or else I wouldn’t have got out.

Everyday had to ask for clean towels and there wasn't any cooking equipment like told there was and don't clean rooms on weekends and rooms were not anything like pics when I booked very unsarfired

Old, mouldy shower, old stained furniture you didn’t want to sit on, hard and noisy bed. You could hear the plumbing in other rooms.
Good for a night's stay for work, bed was comfortable, lights were soft and gentle. Some of the designs were lovely. Had kettle and teamaking facilities, a TV, and good heating which was important as it is very cold up there in Eltham at this time of the year (Winter).
Not very clean, housekeepers need to do better! Many fingerprints were on the glass shower, the bench in bathroom did not look cleaned properly, a bit of a strange musty smell, curtains were broken could not close fully, power point behind bed was ripped out halfway, and I needed a powerpoint for my phone charging and to be next to my bed! Then the manager came into my room early at checkout time! I did not appreciate the invasion of my privacy. Good thing I was not naked, but it was not nice. I am unsure but I think I was charged more than initially shown on my booking, and if that was for parking then I was misled as it said free parking.
It's obviously an older establishment but it's still value for money and was situated close to where i wanted to be.
The need was a little uncomfortable and being able to see in the shower from the room was a little disconcerting but overall i have no serious complaints
Car parking, room was ok
There was no sign to have our room made up which meant getting clean towels and linen was difficult. Only one access card was provided which was difficult with three of us sharing a room. The room obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly as there was rubbish and water bottles left down one side of a bed.

Good sized room, comfortable bed and shower OK. Air conditioning effective for heating up the room
On arrival not much of a greeting, just handed over the key. Room was absolutely freezing, had to put air con on to warm it up and then again first thing in the morning. The whole place looked a bit run down and could not quite make out what sort of hotel it was trying to be. It really needed some TLC.
We booked a room with two queen beds and a spa and they checked us in to a room with two double beds. They gave us another room with a spa that didn't work
