Excellent location for shopping and dining. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and spacious room. Great bedding. A bit loud in the evening for bedtime.

The rooms were small but clean. Heated toilet seats and could use Netflix! The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming! Would stay again

ロケーションは最高に良い。
高島屋、ベンタン市場、他レストラン、ブイビエンまで歩ける。とにかく立地は便利。
スタッフはちゃんと教育されている感じで良い。
ただしシャワーの温度が定まらない。これは致命的だと思う。熱くなったり冷たくなったりしてなかなか一定のお湯を使用できない。これが無ければリピートしたいが、シャワーの件でリピートは考えてしまう。

Receptionist had a terrible attitude and when requesting to book a second night was told they were sold out. Checked online and immediately saw that this was not the case. Rooms are clean and location is great however

I book room with window , they change my room without window , but they said they upgraded my room also room smell so bad all the time

I really enjoyed the service and helpfulness from the staff. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean, bathroom was very nice and clean. The area that it’s located in was very central to a lot of the tourist attractions. Amazing stay!

This property was not what we expected it to be. Felt like a low budget, dated guest house/room. I had been on a South Asia tour and stayed in various hotels in different cities and countries. This was by far the worst of our stays. Good thing our stay was very short.

Hôtel bien situé tout près des nombreux cafés ainsi que du célèbre marche Ben Thanh. Chambre propres. Par contre une construction d'un bâtiment juste a côté de l'hôtel est un peu brouillante à toute heure (minuit y compris). Bon petit déjeuner.

ビジネス利用で3泊しました。
立地もよく、スタッフの方は親切に対応して頂きました。　
ただ、2日連続で深夜に火災報知器が長時間鳴り、あまりに鳴り止まないので、火災かと思い一階へ降りたところ、火災ではないと案内がありましたが、放送での案内や誘導はななし。
また、部屋には前の宿泊客のものと思しきゴミが残され、四隅にうっすら埃が…あまり清掃もいき届いていません。
また、私が予約した部屋はバスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、元々窓の無い部屋でした。窓がないという表示はありませんので、予約時には注意が必要です。
