One of the most amazing hosts I met in Vietnam.
Pros:

Super clean rooms, A/C working exceptionally, amazing pool where you can chill during the day.

Even though I stayed at this hotel one night only, I got treated like a queen. My host was amazing from the beginning till the end. When I arrived she waited for me with a tea, she provided me with a map and showed me what can I do during the short time I had.

She was caring during all my stay at her place and helped me with advice and everything I needed.
Since I stayed there during an important holiday and I was about to lose my train because of traffic she took me in her own scooter to the train station.
Definitely returning back here when in Vietnam.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Lage ist etwas außerhalb, Zimmer war okay, Frühstück sieht auf den Fotos besser aus, die Gastgeberin hat uns einen Motorroller anliefern lassen und uns am nächsten Tag noch in die City gefahren. Wir waren im "The Boat" am See frühstücken, das war sehr gut.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, erfüllen einen jeden Wunsch. Man braucht aber Grab um in die Stadt zu kommen oder man leiht sich ein Motorrad oder Fahrrad aus. Pool war sehr angenehm und die Aussicht mit dem Felsen sehr schön.

Frühstück war etwas klein

Qualité de service exceptionnelle de la propriétaire et de son mari , grande gentillesse et efficacité exceptionnelle.. Rien n'est laissé au hasard et on ressent le plaisir de nous faire plaisir Personnel discret et efficace.Tranquillité dans la chambre. Chambre agréable avec assez d'espace. Grand espace douche. Douche efficace. Parterre autour de la piscine bien entretenu et jolie piscine très propre. Les fruits frais au petit déjeuner. La confiture au fruit de la passion est un délice

Proximité de la route mais il n'ont pas le choix compte tenu de la géographie des lieux. Manque de place dans la salle de bain pour déposer les trousses de 4 personnes

Een heerlijk en schoon verblijf met een super lieve gastvrouw, ze hielp ons met een mooie route door Ninh Binh. Er is zelfs een restaurantje waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten, lunchen of dineren!

Pros:

Прекрасный сказочный дом! Приехали как с своим друзьям, встретили имбирным чаем и улыбками. Спросили, первый раз здесь? Мы были впервые, и нам расписали и показали на карте что, где и во сколько лучше посмотреть, составили маршрут. Вкусный и сытный завтрак, мы и обедали и ужинали там, очень удобно и приемлемо по цене. В номере чисто, хорошая постель, вид из номера на бассейн и живописную скалу, мы даже увидели козу с козленком на ней) Рядом рисовые поля, парк птиц, озеро с лотосами, пещерный храм и ещё много мы увидели за два дня. Следующий пункт нашего путешествия был Халонг, нам забронировали места в автобусе и забрали прямо из отеля. Я рекомендую этот отель всем, чисто, вкусно, гостеприимно!

I couldn't get a grab at 3am when I arrived in tam coc and the staff here were kind enough to come and pick me up and let me check in early at 5am.

Superbe séjour
Pros:

L’hôte est d’une extrême gentillesse, les chambres sont très belles et l’emplacement est superbe !
Nous avons même pu prendre une douche avant notre bus de nuit grâce a l’hôte, nous recommandons !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l’établissement

Traumhafte Bergkulisse & erstklassige Gastfreundschaft!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist optisch ein Traum: Auf der einen Seite grenzt sie direkt an den Berg, was eine wunderschöne Kulisse schafft. Am Pool blüht Hibiskus und die Anlage ist mit vielen weiteren Pflanzen begrünt – man merkt, wie viel Liebe in die gepflegte Anlage gesteckt wird. Ein kleiner Hinweis für lärmempfindliche Gäste: Auf der anderen Seite der Anlage verläuft eine Straße, weshalb die Ruhe (im Vergleich zur Bergseite) nicht ganz perfekt ist. (Uns hat es nicht gestört.) Dennoch ist es deutlich entspannter und viel ruhiger als direkt im trubeligen Ortskern.
Herausragende Gastfreundschaft: Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die hilfsbereiten Gastgeber!
• Die Kommunikation direkt nach der Buchung war schnell und unkompliziert.
• Besonderer Service: Wir wurden sogar früh morgens persönlich vom Bus abgeholt und man war uns sofort beim Tragen des Gepäcks behilflich.
Zimmer & Verpflegung:
• Zimmer: Sehr geräumig, hell und dank der täglichen Reinigung sehr sauber.
• Pool: Der Pool ist wird jeden Tag vom Gastgeber gereinigt und ist kristallklar.
• Frühstück: Das leckere Frühstück jeden Morgen war ein perfekter Start in den Tag.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft aufgrund der tollen Gastgeber und der schönen Atmosphäre absolut weiterempfehlen!

Un très beau séjour
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel, avec des hôtes sympathiques et de bon conseil. Les chambres sont propres et très confortables. L’endroit est magnifique.

Cons:

La piscine n’était pas très entretenue et à l’ombre des 13h, rien de méchant mais à noter si vous avez envie de farniente

Very lovely pleasant host. Beautiful surroundings. An easy cycle or grab taxi ride into town.
Pros:

A bike ride out of town, so it was quieter. Was able to rent bikes from host when you wanted. Good bike either way lock.

Cons:

Pillows a bit too big and hard. The host did try and find another but was very small and soft so bumped it up with towels.

Our hostess made the stay perfect!!
Pros:

A beautiful green and flowery garden! Good pool and nice and quiet to relax. Very warm welcome, with lots of good information and the best ginger tea. Really felt taken care of the whole stay. From bikes to motorbikes, food in the evening to a great breakfast in the morning. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽
