Grundsätzlich ist die Anlage schön und sauber. Das Frühstück an sich war lecker.

Cons:

Man fühlt sich hier nicht wirklich willkommen, das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt gleichgültig und kühl. Wesentlich schlimmer ist es im Restaurant Bereich, das Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig , das Personal ist nahezu unfreundlich, teilweise hat man das Gefühl das Personal ist genervt. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster, auf Nachfrage haben wir dann ein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Bei diesen Zimmer hat dann der Abfluss der Toilette nicht funktioniert, dies wurde dann am nächsten Tag repariert. Weiteres hat die Lampe nicht funktioniert, das Problem haben wir dann selbst behoben. Im Badezimmer war bei ein kleines Loch in der Wand. Alles in allem war dies ein eher Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Semana santa con un torneo de padel que no respeto horario con música hasta altas horas , gritos , festejo. Imposible descansar la pileta abarrotada. No funcionó como el descanso esperado.
