Pros:

The whole area is surrounded by trees which isolates it from the world around it. The view of the mountains is beautiful.
The food was fantastic and the waitresses gave great service. We will definitely be back.

Séjour agréable dans un cadre très agréable avec un personnel attentionné.

Le service du personnel, aux petits soins et le cadre, très jolie, particulièrement en extérieur, grand jardin et belle piscine.

Cons:

Manque d’insonorisation au niveau de la porte de la chambre qui donne sur le couloir. La nuit ça va mais un peu gênant le matin.

Muy buena localizacion, y muy limpio. El hotel es increible y el personal muy amable, destacamos al encargado Rafael, un señor muy amable. El diseño del hotel es inmejorable, y las camas son muy comodas, volveremos!

Lovely hotel near the town centre, very tranquil, great food and stylish, comfortable amenities.
Pros:

The hotel has been renovated and it's stunning. The food was not cheap, but excellent. The bedrooms were simple but functional and clean. The staff were lovely (although a little slow providing services, but nothing that bothered us). We really enjoyed playing paddle (extra cost) and the hotel is close to the main town which is a plus. we also loved the pool and the tranquility!

Cons:

Music was way too loud in the pool area and its restaurant. There were costumers with glass bottles inside the pool, despite it not being aloud. Hotel staff would even bring the bottles themselves to the clients that were inside the pool. Some bottles were laying just outside the pool where kids were walking.

Other customers would bring food to the chaise-longs beside the pool, that same food would later fall close to the pool and would be dragged around the area, making it look dirty.

Staff was very nice but seems untrained.

La piscine, le jardin, l’emplacement

Cons:

Gros problème au check-in. La réservation sur Booking.com était en dollars. Arrivé sur place, impossible de régler en dollars. L’hôtel impose la conversion en pesos avec leur propre taux sur lequel l’hôtel prend 6% de commission. Pour rappel, le prix sur Booking.com n’est pas un prix variable que l’hôtel peut modifier comme bon lui semble. Nous avons bataillé pendant 1 heure à l’arrivée.
Le personnel globalement non aimable, ni serviable.
Chambre lit double peu confortable avec un lit trop petit et une salle de douche totalement inconfortable. Petit déjeuner buffet très moyen.
