One thing that i dont like is the room that i reserve not like that good.. not that clean but yea im not angry or im not like that much… for me the important thing is can sleep overnight… but the stuff was good

the place was dirty, no garbage can inside the room
the toilet looks horrible as well
the ac was broken,
beds were dusty

This is a worse experience for me & my family in this hotel the Golden Travellers Inn in San Jose Antique. The property is old, not good to stay. I think the property need repair/ or should be renovated. Cleanliness is not observe as well as theirs service. These are not only we experienced but there was a horrible things I experienced with their process.
I booked last aug 20, 2023 through Booking.com with my credit card as a payment but the payment wasn't generated. I discovered when we were in the hotel. The owner told me that the status of my payment is pay at the hotel. So I pay in the hotel for 1737 pesos as we checked in last aug 27, 2023 but to my surprise I was also charged by RedDoorz through my credit card after 2 days we checked out last aug 29, 2023. So I was double charged by the hotel & RedDoorz. Now I am asking for a refund but the hotel keep on telling me to ask for a refund from booking.com. I feel that this concern/ issues will be left unsolved if these partner companies will not listen and give importance to this problem that they caused me. To those who are budget conscious traveler, dont ever ever try to stay in this hotel. It can be a horrible

Absolutely filthy floors and walls , the plumbing was blocked so we got a plunger for unblocking the toilets. The water taps and showers are broken and not maintained. The bathroom window was broken etc

At the beginning I thought I clearly communicated that at first glance of the facility it was substandard therefore I DID NOT stay. You keep hounding me of this place and again I DID NOT stay in this place in Antique Philippines. Please refund..
