Never again to that hotel!
Pros:

Near to the sea!

Cons:

The prize of the room was to high in this standard, there are many hotels with better standard but lower prize.

The whole hotel needs to clean. Dirty windows, dirty floors, dirty stairway and a dirty room.

When we came our room was not cleaned. And we were in the house two night. No cleaning after the first day.

The room was in very bad condition.

The furnitures very old, painted with colour but the colour is damaged.
The TV-channels did not work good, some of them.
Dirty bedlinnen.
In the bathroom a little toalettpaperroll from the guest before but no reserv.
Nothing to hang bathingtowels or clothes in the bathroom and not in the room.
No showercurtain, after taking shower the whole bathroom was full of water inclusive the toilett.

The first morning no water in the bathroom.

The balconydoor is very hard to open.

Beside the bed was a cheap IKEA-table but no lamps. No electricity there.

The staff was friendly and was easy to talk with and it seems that they know the problems but they may not change things.

No real coffee. Hot water on the table and we got Nescafe-instantcoffee (1 bag) for each personn.

No slice bread in the house. Would be so easy to have sliced bread in the fridge and take it when you need it.

No butter or like that.

Rice and egg, corned beef. Någon springroll after we asked for it.

From the outside a fine hotel, the entrance, halls in fine condition and with cleaning would it be much more better. And with only some 100 meters from the beach its a beautiful place.

The rooms would be fine with new colour, new furnitures and so on. The house needs "love", needs people who see things to do, have fantasy and ideas.

We will never come back to the hotel but wish the owner good luck with that house which could be a fantastiscally place!
