Entering the property was hard as key pad batteries low.

No mind head safety signage as low door frame into bedroom

Noise from others in accommodation was terrible
Overall the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in with staff on the end of the phone with no idea.
The flat itself was clean and nice.
One of the towels was filthy.
The stairs was dreadfully dirty and really awkward to climb and very steep.
The walls were so thin, the neighbours kept us awake much of the late and the early hours.
Getting in was a nightmare as the little keypad doesn’t light up that well and we couldn’t hear any beeps so the alarms went off several times. Then the internal code supplied was incorrect and we were stuck outside very stressed.

Nice spacious apartment with good facilities
1. Carpet needs cleaning, it wouldn't take long to get it done, its the only let down
2. The top apartment, the radiator in the bedroom rattles a lot so if you are a light sleeper, it will wake you up (note , this is happening when the radiator is not even on)
Best stay we have had in 30 years,great apartment,clean tidy and great location,everyone enjoyed the stay,looking forward to hopefully booking again and coming to Yarmouth.
Little not to like,first couple of days spoilt by the people above with the noise but they left on the Sunday so after that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Lovely clean big apartment nearly everything you need for a short stay perfect location bed sheets smelt lovely and nice and comfy really nice decor so did feel Homely.
Would of been nice to have some anti bac spray for kitchen to wipe down and no plug in kitchen to wash up in so felt like I was wasting washing up liquid and water the shower base has a crack which has been filled but getting worse was nervous having a shower as dint want to break it. Also the kitchen sink had this smell which made the kitchen smell unpleasant.

Very clean, nice and roomy, near amenities,
Very small windows which you couldn't see out off,people upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants even at 3 o'clock in the morning, had to go up there and complain. Couldn't get free view on the tv., we will not be staying in that apartment again, but would try the top floor
It was very spacious very clean and in a great place only a one minute walk to all the shops

Strange layout in flat and bath almost unusable. Not enough natural light and felt a bit gloomy
Apartment was stunning, very spacious, beds comfortable, really clean. Close to the sea front but not close enough for the seagulls to wake you up which I was very glad of.
Cooker could be better but was ok for what we needed.
