I stayed at Simge Hotel Old City -very disappointed.
Cons:

I stayed at Simge Hotel Old City and was very disappointed. Staff was okay, but the hotel itself was a bad experience. There is no lift, and we were given a room on the 5th floor — carrying luggage up there was exhausting and felt unsafe. The room was extremely cramped with almost no space to move.

The bedsheets were not clean, and we even noticed bed bugs, which was very concerning. The bathroom was also poorly designed — no holder to hang clothes or towels, and overall it didn’t feel hygienic.

Another issue was the breakfast. When we booked, the site clearly showed breakfast was included, but when we asked, they said there was no breakfast and blamed it on a “third-party website issue.” This felt misleading and disappointing.

If you have more luggage or expect a basic level of cleanliness, honesty, and comfort, I would not recommend this hotel.

Єдиний позитив, близько транспорт і магазини

Cons:

Фото на сайті не відповідають реальності, постійно запах тютюну. Телевізор і кондиціонер не працюють. Пліснява в туалеті -душі. Адміністрація поводиться по-хамскі, іноземців намагаються надурити. Запитали чи можуть допомогти викликати таксі, назвали ціну чи ми згодні. Авто було вчасно, але коли почали їхати, водій назвав ціну в два рази більше і пояснив, що це йому сказали в готелі. Розраховували, що 5 ранку і в нас немає вибору, не порядна поведінка.

Ni siquiera aceptaron mi reservación. Tuve que pagar otro hotel ya que me dijeron que no tenía reservación y si quería hospedarme tenía que pagar nuevamente. Y el señor fue grosero y hasta se enojó porque insistí en mostrarle la reservación

Está cerca del centro. Es barato y el barrio es muy agradable

Cons:

No tiene ascensor. Me tocó la última habitación y las escaleras son como caracol, muy peligrosas. Fue todo un desafío subir las maletas al 5to piso. Horrible, muy agotador subir y bajar. Algunas barandas estaban sueltas, eso hizo que sufriera una pequeña caída.
