Good customer service, very nice people. Feel homely.

Cons:

As its new hotel, restaurant is not yet started so had to arrange for food in evening. Location was too far - near to Bansura dam, so far from vythiri and no restaurants in nearby walking distance.

Perfect match for the short stay in the area
Pros:

New hotel at the convenient location when you are traveling in the region. As it has recently opened - everything is super nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Lovely owners and staff. Great Kerala breakfast.
Also, loved the rooftop terrace !

Pros:

Clean and neat Room. A home away from home. Good kids park with lot of amenities. My kids enjoyed well.
