Pros:

Расположен в 5 минутах от пляжа, если номер с окнами во внутренний двор, то тихо. Рядом хорошая детская площадка.

Cons:

В отеле шёл ремонт, меняли двери в номерах, было шумно и грязно в коридорах

Sıcacık, tertemiz ve her yere yakın. Güzel kalpli otel sahibinden dolayı kendimi evimde hissettim.

Hotel in central of Oba, peaceful n quiet. Apart from loud music from neighbouring hotels.
Pros:

In the Center of Oba-Alanya and close to beach….couple of minuets walk to the private beach.
Staff is polite and friendly.
Swimming pool was great, peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

Things are falling apart in the rooms, no proper maintenance.
