Pros:

I really liked the pool areas and the Mexican charm and ambience throughout.

Cons:

The beds were rock hard as were some of the pillows. There was not enough space for storage. In one room there were no clothes hangers and very few in the other room. I asked for a room with 3 beds. My message was there were 4 adults and we needed a queen bed and 2 single beds. There were 2 queen beds in the bungalow but not enough room to put the extra bed. As a result we had to get another room which was right by the street and EXTREMELY noisy.

Pros:

It's beautiful place to stay especially the room has kitchenette its very important if you like to cook in your own if you dont like to eat outside. Very friendly stuff easy to communicate. And our housekeeping Lupita is very friendly have always smile everytime you talk to her. And she try her best to talked to us even she can't speak English. She did a great job doing our room and she even asked us if we like to have a dish rack. But of course the people in front desk are very friendly and easy to communicate. We Like going back and stay in here again in the near future. Thank u for all the friendly staff ☺️ Allan & Joanne

Pros:

I love the whole place in general. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I really would have like a kettle. I bring my own coffee and do a pour through a filter and found it quite difficult to pour water from a small pot with no handle. Dangerous too. There was no coffee machine either so found that odd. I was not happy that there was no wifi in my room..at least nothing dependable. I would like to have had a mirror too, There was only the small one in the bathroom. I really enjoyed the pool it was very nice temperature ..mabe a bit too warm sometimes.

It was the busiest I’ve seen RCD. This is the first time I have been here for New Year’s. I am staying another 12 days.
Pros:

Nice place. I like the second pool which is just outside my door. Not sure when they add the new rooms if those residents will be sharing this pool. It did get busy sometimes 20 people in it. I had another room booked for an additional 12 days, but they were able to let me stay in the bungalow for the duration.

Cons:

The lights at night in the parking lot tend to light up my room.

I'm glad I stayed there four nights. I would again definitley.
Pros:

It's mainly a place for Mexican families, all of them wonderful people and good families. And some great Canadians, too! I'm from the US. I really liked it. It's a wonderful and healthy environment. The staff is superb, and the camaristas always there to make sure I was happy and that things were clean. The room was spotless, the AC awesome, the bed firm and comfy, and I would definitely stay there again. (My big regret was not having my camera ready when Cacique Mexicanas (birds) were circling around the property.)
