Not worth it, definitely not Nice!
Cons:

Got a basement room without any window though booking a room with a balcony. The bathroom was not in a good state, things barely held together (loose shower door, no towel hooks, loose faucet…).
After talking to the staff, which was difficult because not all speak English, we were assured another room for the next day.
On return on the next evening from our day trip no one remembered and we had to explain again. Then we had to wait until the room was cleaned. No refund was offered, even after asking.
The bathroom in the new room smelled like sewer. We then cut our stay short - again with no compensation.

Felt taken for a ride!
Pros:

Very clean and well located

Cons:

We booked 2 nights. When we arrived, they said fully booked and sent us to another hotel really, really cheap and ugly that was half the price for the first night. Moved to the Nice Hotel on 2nd day.
When we were checking out another couple checked-in and the hotel said 'fully booked'.
Ça happen once but 2 times in two days is very very suspicious....

Always hard to choose when booking a hotel but, be assured this hotel is excellent!
Pros:

Just out of town a few hundred metres - easy walk. Room view over the park opposite. Staff super helpful.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij het centrum.

Cons:

We moesten een kwartier wachten om uit te checken, omdat er niemand bij de balie was. Ook inchecken met onze fietsen ging moeizaam.
