Old Riga Plaza Hotel

Ikke rent rom når vi kom, men de ordnet fort opp og beklaget seg når vi sa ifra.

I arrived 19:00 as agreed. They gave me instructions, I booked and paid for the junior suite 4 weeks before arriving- they gave me the double room 405- wrong! I rang the number complained, woman said I didn't pay enough for the junior room so she gave me this room- but I paid what was advertised the room for €50. And still they show it on the app. Abrupt woman she put the phone down. Rang complained to booking.com & they too contacted her and had the same issues. Big complaint and compensation going on now. Shower head leaking really bad- needs new one, Sink tap fitted wrong way round pipes, 2 floor towels left, no small bath towel. Bed mattress sunk in. On arrival it already a keycard in the key holder- Dirty toilet, hair on floor, like someone used the room already. The toilet is designed too close to the wash sink so there is no room to manoeuvre. Stayed loads of time in Riga and other places- The worst experience ever. What a let down

The A/C wasn’t working but it was fine with us, because it wasn’t too hot outside. And I didn’t like that the staff is absent on Sundays, we thought we could leave our things at the hotel before departure. Also they don’t have a luggage room.

卫生：卫生非常糟糕，我的两张床上有到处爬的虫，有千住客的毛发，还有皮肤碎屑和不知名的垃圾。根本没有打扰。房间很多灰尘，角落还有蜘蛛网。我要求前台打扫，但是只更换床单。
位置：靠近老城附近，但附近没有任何交通设施，酒店对面有酒吧和一些奇怪的场所，晚上非常吵
设施：酒店的毛巾非常旧，并且上面有破洞。酒店里暖气无法自行打开空调也不能制冷，这几天天气非常冷，我只能将两张床上的被子盖在一起勉强住宿。衣柜也无法正常使用，很难放东西。
员工：前台很礼貌，但是没有任何作用。其上班时间非常短，只有中午和下午几个小时，作为一个酒店，大多数时间是没有员工的。

Le tende non oscuravano abbastanza e attaccato ad una discoteca con musica molto alta che si sente la notte. Per fortuna andavamo anche noi a ballare e tornavamo tardi

Отсутствовало отопление(узнавали за день до поездки-ответили,что всё в порядке у них), ,не работал кондиционер,лифт(а этажей 5).С пятницы обещали,
что Обязательно починят,ждали 2,5 дня из 3 дней пребывания. Недостаточно чистые полы/прдоконники в номере.Менеджер по телефону обещала,что всё будет и полный игнор на посетителей(

Não é um hotel regular com recepção sempre aberta. Estão funcionários na recepção apenas uma parte do dia.
