Loin du haram il faut rentrer seul ou attendre longtemps pour le bus .
Pros:

Pour le prix que j’avais payé ça été très bien car je n’ai pas payé trop cher . Mais j’aurais aimé si le transport été plus flexible

Cons:

Le bus qui nous ramène pour la prière et je dois rentrer à pied ou par un taxi car il cumule deux prières pour venir nous chercher .

الموقع يبعد حوالى ١٥ د مشي من الحرم مناسب للشباب
المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق بها مطاعم ومرافق عده
لايوجد حجز مباشر من الفندق يلزم الحجز اونلاين او عن طريق مكتب الشركة

Fraud Hotel - Accepting booking and transferring to another hotel after hours of wait at reception.
Pros:

Rooms and bed were clean but too small. Didn’t have space even to move between bed since after accepting our booking they have asked to wait till ASR prayer and after ASR prayer they’ve said - we are fully booked and we are transferring you to another hotel which was far from this location- aprox 20 minutes drive by car.

Cons:

It’s a fraud property. This property is always available on Booking.com but when you go with booking they say no room available and shifts you to another hotel similar name but small rooms very small rooms with smallest washroom ever. They accept booking in the name of this hotel because it’s at a good location and possibly rooms are spacious. I checked the property today before booking at reception and told me that hotel is full. I have booked another one nearby.

يبتعد عن المسجد النبوي مسافة 15 دقيقة مشي للشباب
20 دقيقة للنساء وكبار السن

The room was okay, and the property is conveniently located near to few affordable restaurant options.

Cons:

Unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. Despite having a confirmed booking at Afaq Al Iman, I was informed upon arrival that no rooms were available. I was instead redirected to their secondary location (Afaq Sila) situated behind the main property. While the staff attempted to resolve the issue, failing to honor the original reservation was unprofessional. Beyond the frustration of the last minute relocation, the room at Afaq Sila had maintenance issue of water leaking from the shower whenever the tap was opened. Booking systems and guest communication need significant improvement.
