Clean rooms , toilets , no cleaning services , near Al haram
Pros:

It’s a very nice and clean hotel near masjid al nabwi around 15 to max 20 mins walk depending on your speed , they didn’t cleaned my room during my 3 days stay I don’t know if it’s normal or not !

Cons:

Too much noise they should take care of this and warn their guests upon arrival during my entire stay on the floor families and children were making noises in the corridor I had to go to the reception to complain and then finally the problem was solved bur then it started again
