Good but not great
Pros:

So when I entered the hotel, it was quite clean. The staff were quite friendly. They didn’t speak English so we had to speak Arabic but the staff were very friendly and the rooms were quite spacious. The locality to the Haram was quite good. It was like 1520 minutes.

Cons:

When we entered, they did give us a shared bathroom, which was quite disappointing but otherwise but they did have a non-shared bathrooms

Good location. Great value. Hospitable staff.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. Mr. Essam Alharbi was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Its location have many restaurants and is well serviced.

Cons:

It is about 25 min walk to the Haram with some steep areas. If you can do the walk it is not some bad. During peak sessions, however, the distance becomes less of a issue.

Mescide Yürüyerek 20 dk sürüyor. Eğer bir daha tutacak olsam birkaç bin daha fazla veririm yürüme mesafesinde tutarım çünkü o para zaten taksilere gidiyor

Pros:

The staff in reception helpful and respectful, the room is clean and bed comfortable and it is walkable to the Haram if you can..

Cons:

The corridor in my floor need some renovations like adding carpet and to take about the smell also for example to keep it like the reception if that done the overall experience will be good otherwise everything was OK..
