Cons:

La primera noche tuve que buscarme otro hotel ya que no hubo forma de contactar con ellos. Al día siguiente me dijeron que no les había llamado y tras mostrarles el listado de llamadas. Silencio. Lamentable y booking no daba ninguna solución a parte de tienes que contactar con ellos.

Delayed in delivering the apartment, ground floor elevator buttons are not working, cleanses of the property and require to have washing machines for such a good size apartment.

A long way from luxury, a long list of failings, and staff not willing to help - avoid.

Poor service from staff located in Peru - no local contacts. Did not get the room I paid for. Small ground floor apartment. Tiny bathroom. Dust balls on floor. WiFi details incorrectly communicated. Ineffective heating for winter. Noise from outside.. could go on.

Lindo y buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación y el ambiente muy acogedor

Cons:

No tenía comedor como se ve en la foto, no había donde sentarse a comer ni un escritorio para poder trabajar. Al buscar uno un lugar con cocina es lógico que es para comer allí. Pero no tenia ni mesa, ni sillas

Rio by Wynwood bye bye never again

l'accoglienza è stata un problema abbiamo dovuto aspettare per accedere all'appartamento dalle 17.30 alle 1915,. All'interno dell'appartamento vi era un tavolo per la colazione con una sola sedia (forse appartamento pensato per single) un altro problema il pavimento di legno rialzatosi, probabilmente per l'umidità, nel punto proprio sul percorso cucina > bagno camera , e si inciampava facilmente con grande disagio. La temperatura non si poteva regolare abbiamo avuto dai 17 -19 gradi di media e il freddo si sentiva particolarmente perchè essendo al piano terra con tre "finestroni" a tutta parete di vetro su due pareti,(forse un ex negozio) trasmettevano molto freddo. Non dico nulla sulla rumorosità poichè essendo al piano terra e madrid è una citta che vive anche la notte sarà facile intuire la compagnia anche dei mezzi per la pulizia.
Il bagno non aveva mensole su cui porre le proprie corse specie se si è più di uno.
Il letto poteva essere comodo ma di cuscini ve ne era solo uno per persona e molto "morbido" e basso e di solito se ne trovano due per dare modo agli ospiti di decidere in base alle loro esigenze.
Per cui avendo scelto un periodo di 5 notti il disagio complessivo è stato notevole

Fully renovated place, great location.

Cons:

Elevator didn't work from first floor. Walls are super thin and if your neighbor happens to leave at 4 am you are going to be woken up by that.

Well located!!Easy to go everywhere!!!
Pros:

The place is very well located. Close to the subway and Gran Via, an important street in Madrid.

Cons:

Well, they say that its a five star experience, but is fact its just a good place. I didnt find anything special there, not a bottle of water or coffee. Just few chocolates.After spending 11 days at the place, I requested a two hours extension on my check out and got a bots answer saying no.
Overall, its a good place.Nothing special.

Pros:

Great location. Comfortably stayed in the heart of Madrid.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn't the best, as the floors weren't moped properly (for Brazilian standards), but for Europeans that flat was surely seen as spotless.
