Öncelikle sahibi çok ilgili birisi. Yardımsever. Otelin yeri metroya 200m. Biraz yokuş olması dışında çok eksisi yok. Teras manzarası güzel. Fiyat uygun.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room and hotel are clean with great amenities. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around which is definitely practical and the station is also nearby. The location is ideal for exploring Tokyo. We definitely felt at home! :)

Excellent rapport qualité prix, hôte aux petits soins (accueil avec un thé, explications sur les environs), hôtel bien positionné avec métro proche tout en restant un lieu très calme. Les chambres sont grandes et chaque étage à une zone self-service.

Great location. Hotel Yuni star was only 3-4 km away from Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo station, Akihabara, Akasaka, Rippongi. After a big day of sightseeing I enjoyed going up to the rooftop to relax and unwind.

The rooms were clean and spacious for Japan, the staff was super friendly, got laundry and tumble dryer, took the luggage shipped via Yamato Transport.
The location is fantastic with plenty of things to see nearby and 100 mt from Ichigaya subway station.

The best customer service I’ve had in an hotel

Yuni questioned our arrival time and she waited for us to help us get the bags up the hill, then she gave us some tea and played portuguese music while we waited

All throughout our stay she gave us tips on what to visit and where to eat, and was always eager to know how our day had been

The room is pretty big for Tokyo standards, you get acess to a laundry room and a rooftop. Location is excellent with many restaurants nearby and Ichigaya station just a 2-3 min walk away

I will be back to Japan one day, and I will be back to this hotel

Rues accessibles à pied avec nombreux restaurants dans le quartier

L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l'entièreté de Tokyo autant à pieds qu'en métro d'autant plus que le lieu est proche des konbini et supérettes.
Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil, ils conseillent très bien pour visiter Tokyo depuis l'emplacement de l'hôtel et sont toujours là en cas de besoin.
Les chambres sont bien penser pour avoir accès à tout facilement.

Staff was great! Very friendly and provided everything i needed. Location of the hotel was amazing and the price was perfect.

Yuni was very friendly and so helpful. We really loved the vibe the hotel was giving. I love the decorations and theme! I asked if the host could write a happy birthday message for my 15 year-old niece, and Yuni was so lovely and gave her a little birthday gift! Her husband and herself were so kind and welcoming.

Yuni was very kind and caring. She thoroughly explained every amenity, rules, and local spots to visit. We had to check out at 11 am, but we were allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby until our train came at 4 pm. There were two typhoons coming during the weekend of our stay, but Yuni heard this and used mystic powers to turn the typhoons into measly clouds.
