Staff were always cooperative and accommodating

Cons:

Prices of food is on higher side with Inclusion of GST + Service Charges, Service charge should not be kept. Also the Breakfast should have a live counter for Eggs to provide Omlette and Burji etx as it had to be separately requested and out of 4 days 2 days there were no eggs for Omlette as per explanation given by buffet incharge which sounds weird. Also the Hotel supports local taxi union and has provided table for them in the premises, these Union fight and don't allow Goa Mile cabs for Pickup, Hotel team doesn't stop them at all, they are promoting this nuisance and objecting to Goa Miles which is Goa Govt approved.

Value for money - Safe & comfortable. Dont expect sun & the moon
Pros:

Staff - Very friendly & helpful. Had to checkout early in the morning. Bfast to go was ready as requested.

Cons:

The bathroom needs to be more clean. Being a beach location, sand is expected but not so much in the room. Painting & interirors looked very jaded

Rooms, nicely decorated and spacious. Friendly staff. Rooms we're cleaned nicely.

Cons:

Heavily overpriced for what you get. Perhaps we were there during the wrong period but it wasn't clean, especially during the breakfast hours - cockroaches on the floor and overcrowded breakfast restaurant. We were specifically asked to wear proper swimming clothes and when we wanted to swim there we had lots of people swimming in normal clothing which they whore the next day. It's not the staf but the people.
