Great option for exploring Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Staff were friendly, and the location is fantastic; right in the middle of Chinatown and the markets, so the atmosphere is bustling, but can be loud if you like to turn in early.

10 minute walk from the nearest metro station, and 5 minutes from the nearest 7 Eleven.

Cons:

There's a few sets of light switches, and trying to remember what each one does is a task. Maybe that was just us, but trying not to wake your partner in the middle of the night by turning on the main light going to the bathroom was a fun side quest

Pros:

The room itself was so beautiful, decorated with such arts! The space quite small but it's because of the huge bed, so not really a problem. The bathtub was large and nice, so is the shower and toilet. Cool lightings to bring up some vibes!

Cozy, comfortable, clean and close
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the Filipino staff (James and Angel)! The location is also very walkable to tourist-y hotspots and trendy restaurants in Chinatown.

Cons:

Quite hard to pin the location for Grabcars. I’ll have to go to the entrances of Chinatown or at Jalan Sultan to wait for my ride

Pros:

The location was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and felt cosy. We were able to store our luggage in a secure luggage room.

Cons:

The minifridge wasn't very cold even with the chill turned up to max.

Pros:

Location is the most bonus part, can reach most of the places by walking distance, such as LRT / MRT station. Many good restaurants and cafes in surrounding.

Cons:

The sound proof is bad.... I even can hear, loud and clear that, the uncle in the next door telling his son don't simply put the bag on the floor, take it up and put on the sofa nicely.....

4 days in Chinatown
Pros:

Loved the location, right in heart of chinatown. So many eating places nearby. Rooms were small but adequate. Good towels, linen, AC.

Cons:

Jalan Petaling is completely blocked with market stalls from 11am until late. Taxis or grab have to drop or pick up on adjacent street

10/10 perfect location and super clean and modern
Pros:

10/10. Location is perfect, right in the middle of china town and walking distance to many tourist atractives. Rooms are good size and clean and the customer service was really good, they clean your room every day if you want. They also provide toothpaste, toothbrush…would strongly recommend this hotel. Reception is 24/7.
