Great location and Clever use of space and modern boutique feel

Cons:

The staff didn’t tell us about the first floor comfy area to sit in, they seemed to be keeping it for certain guests only

Overrated, basic hotel with little service

Cons:

Overrated. Breakfast not good considering the other food you can get here. My safe was broken, my water didn't get refilled even after I complained, the room wasn't cleaned even with the tag out until I complained twice. Light switches don't make any sense, since some lights only can get turned off from the sink. There is a water-cooker but no coffee or so. Sheets are way too big for this temperature, pillows quite thick. Also, booking showed this as a big sale deal, when I later found out the normal rates aren't higher (about 150 MYR per night). I booked the hotel because of the good reviews, but wouldn't book it again.

Pros:

Rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the location was in the heart of the action. Breakfast at the restaurant next door, Waaron Kuus, was also lovely. Will definitely stay again!

Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, w samym sercu China Town, blisko do stacji metra lub pociągu dalekobieznego. Śniadania (mógłby być zdecydowanie lepsze) w restauracji za ścianą za okazaniem vouchera. Dobra jakoś w stosunku do ceny.

Cons:

Dosyć słabe śniadania.

Great Stay!!
Pros:

Location was great as it's in the heart of the Chinatown. Staff was very helpful sorting a taxi to airport for me (my grab app was not working on my phone for some reason). Room had a projector for watching the TV in room which was a cool feature. Rooftop restaurant had great views too

Excellent location, but the rooms could be upgraded, or perhaps the standard room has fewer features.
Pros:

Excellent location in the middle of Chinatown, friendly staff and great coffee.

Cons:

The room was intriguing; it had a very small window that let in little light, and it was smaller than expected. Curtains divided the shower and bathroom, with a sliding door connecting them.

Excellent hotel, brilliant value
Pros:

Excellent location, Malaysian breakfast was very nice. Room was as described. Lovely hot shower with plenty of pressure. They let us check in early which was a blessing!
