Cons:

We were first greeted by the reception and she couldnt care less about welcoming us. No welcome drink was offered even though it was written over there. Didnt mention that we dont need a breakfast card as that was the instruction. And no one helped with bags even though there were three people.
Based on this experience, we immediately cancelled our next stay with them and cancelled all the mediocre priced booking to 5 stars as we would pay more but wont get this treatment.

Great location to be in the centre... But a few quirks I expect in the area we were in
Pros:

The area was right inside china town, rooms look nice
Showers warm, bed was comfy.
Staff friendly, can find restaurants and cafes all around the area.
Air con is great.
No noise really quiet.

Cons:

Location is great but it is quite daunting walking all the way through a market with your luggage in a new area getting haggled to buy stuff.
The room is cute but, the smallest window in the shower no where else.
The only downfall was the small cockroach that decided to land on the bed.. small cockroaches means a nest.. and they have bug killer everywhere..

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. Everything inside felt fresh and tidy, which made my stay relaxing.
The location of the hotel is quite good and convenient. However, the area outside the hotel was a bit crowded and messy at times, likely because there is a market nearby.

As for the breakfast, it was okay but could be improved. The coffee was not very enjoyable, and personally, I would prefer a buffet-style breakfast with more variety and better quality.

These are just friendly suggestions that I believe could further enhance the overall guest experience in the future.

Pas loin de centre, mais attention : c’est dans le cartier chinois, exactement dans le milieu de marché chinois

Cons:

Le wc sans intimité , sans bonne ventilation ou une fenêtre ; en fait il n’y a pas une salle de bain en vrai mais un wc et une douche dans la chambre, séparées par une demie porte coulissante.
