Pros:

Highly recommend! We chose Hyatus because we were travelling with our youngest kids, and we prefer to have a separate bedroom / living space / kitchen when we can, but we also like the convenience of a hotel. Hyatus was fantastic! The kids playroom is an excellent amenity for young kids, along with the pool and other communal spaces - plus it was great to be easy walking distance from excellent coffee/breakfast and dinner.

I like dealing with a real person on site. Not worth the money
Pros:

It was nice having an apartment. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Check-in was horrendous, took almost 1.5 hours. Never got all the technology to work. When we arrived garage fob didn’t work.

A first class luxury experience, friendly and helpful staff!💐
Pros:

Exceptionally well supplied. Additional toilet paper, paper towels, washing materials,coffee,etc. Very nicely appointed, welcome note and sweets. First class! Utensils new and well selected. The best furnished rental we have stayed in in Stamford CT!🌹

Brilliant stay (for the 3rd time)
Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying here and I have to say that it's the best value and highest spec rental I've had. The staff are incredibly helpful if you need anything and the staff at the front desk (in particular Chris) are super nice!

The beds are super comfy too ☺️

Seamless, high-quality stay in Stamford
Pros:

We really loved our stay at Hyatus! From start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly easy and provided exactly what we needed. The apartment itself was spotless and clean, and we were particularly happy with how well-stocked it was; it was full of thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home.

The building facilities are top-notch: the gym is well-equipped, the kids' play area was a huge hit for the little ones, and the parking was straightforward and hassle-free. The location is also fantastic—it's in a great spot and made getting around very simple.

Cons:

The only minor hiccup we had was a bit of confusion during the check-in process regarding how to access the building. It felt a little complicated at first, but in fairness, we realized later that we hadn't thoroughly read the entire explanation they sent before our arrival. Once we actually looked at the instructions, everything made sense!
