Pros:

Una estancia que superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas
Pros:

Este hotel ha sido una auténtica sorpresa. La relación calidad-precio me pareció excepcional, especialmente si la comparo con otras opciones de la zona. Además, Istán me pareció, sin duda, el pueblo más bonito de los alrededores, ya que conserva la esencia de pueblo de sierra y no se ha convertido en un simple escaparate para turistas.
Es un hotel ideal para desconectar, disfrutar de la naturaleza y explorar los numerosos senderos que parten desde las inmediaciones. Tras una jornada de senderismo, el spa y el solárium, aunque de tamaño reducido, resultan muy agradables, están muy bien cuidados y son perfectos para relajarse.
Otro de los puntos fuertes es el restaurante. Está todo muy bueno y cenar en la terraza del hotel con vistas a la sierra es todo un lujo.
Las habitaciones son correctas, cómodas y limpias.
Por último, quiero destacar al personal, que fue extraordinariamente atento y amable durante los seis días que estuvimos, contribuyendo a que la experiencia fuera aún mejor.
Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería y que recomendaría a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, naturaleza y un trato excelente.

Cons:

La verdad es que al hotel no tengo nada que reprocharle. Estuvo todo fantástico. Otra cosa es lo que comenté con el recepcionista, que deberían mantener mejor la señalización de los senderos (en uno de ellos nos perdimos y era de dificultad media). Creo que es importante que esto se mantenga, ya que como he dicho, el sitio es ideal para el turismo de naturaleza.

Pros:

El sitio donde se encuentra, entre montañas, precioso. El personal muy simpático y amable, nos prepararon un desayuno buenísimo.

Cons:

Desde las 06.30h con goteras en el techo, tuvimos que poner la papelera porque estaba cayendo bastante agua

Encantado y deseando volver.
Pros:

El hotel en general. Casi todo es nuevo, la zona de piscina, el personal muy agradable. La ubicación y las vistas. Repetí seguro. Está más destinada para hacer rutas por la zona y para las parejitas es ideal.

Cons:

Desayuno poca variedad. La cena a la carta no vale la pena. Mejor el restaurante de al lado.

Pros:

Me gustó todo, habitación familiar espectacular, olor muy agradable por todas la instalaciones, limpieza impecable de habitación, sábana y toallas, la decoración perfecta. Cenamos y todo perfecto calidad precio. El spa muy limpio y tranquilo

Nice but not sure we will be back

This is a nice hotel and if certain things had been different I would have rated higher

Cons:

The walls are thin and a late check in at 2am made a lot of noise until 5am so our sleep quality was poor :(

The soap dispenser in the shower and sink were empty and we ended up using shampoo ? There was no hair conditioner.

Breakfast was ok but the tea pot provided one cup and you have to ask for orange juice and tea. Would suggest being able to pour your own orange juice and machine so you can make your own tea. Just made breakfast a bit dysfunctional for us.
