A wonderful experience
Pros:

The property is located on the Mekong Riverfront. It set a large sprawling land area filled with trees and gardens , the rooms are large and spacious and have been put into an eclectic range of old Laotian houses the effect is quite remarkable Sunsets from the cafe area amazing.
The pool is large and very clean and use a friendly
Henry, the owner personally looks after you and ensures his family of Laotian staff tend to every need . If you’re looking for something a little different this is definitely the place to stay.

Liked that the staff and even the owner was very nice and helpful.
The resort arranges shuttle service to town

Cons:

Little far away from the town. For me I like to walk but this took almost good 40 minutes to walk to town so if you like to stay close to town, this is not ideal. But I loved the fact it was quiet and away from the busy city also.

Tuve un problema medico, i el staff del hotel me llevo a las 3 de la mañana al hospital y se quedaron conmigo para cuidarme y luego llevarme a casa, nada mas que decir, como si fueran mi familia. Me cuidaron mucho, muchas gracias por todo,

Henry und seine "Familie" haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen - zur Familie zählt das gesamte Team des Hotels. Ein ganz wundervoller Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Der große Pool ist 24h geöffnet und eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen..Das Frühstück, mit Blick auf den Mekong,, war köstlich mit frischen Croissants und täglich wechselnden warmen Speisen. Alles wird auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten ein Upgrade in die riesige Honeymoon Suite - danke dafür! Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß. Ein Shuttle bringt die Gäste kostenfrei in das Stadtzentrum. Hier wird Guest Relation noch gelebt Falls wir noch einmal Urlaub in Luang Prabang machen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Cons:

Wir sind gerne mit den kostenfreien Fahrrädern in das Stadtzentrum gefahren. Die Strecke würden wir aufgrund des Verkehrs nicht mit Kindern fahren wollen.

Spannend und erholsam.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit laotischen Häusern erstellt und der riesige Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der durch die Sonne geheizte Pool haben täglich mehrmals genossen. Die Zimmer und die Badezimmer sind sehr gross und sehr schön möbliert. Die Betten sind super bequem und alles war immer sauber. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man sich wünscht und wird direkt am Mekong eingenommen. Das Resort liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber mit dem Hoteltuktuk ist man schnell beim Night Market. Wir sind von allen sehr nett aufgenommen worden und haben uns wie Familienmitglieder gefühlt. Alle Angestellten wohnen in dem Resort, bekommen zu essen und die medizinische Versorgung wird ebenfalls von Henry übernommen. Für alle Kinder der Angestellten bezahlt er auch das Schulgeld für eine Privatschule. Dieses soziale Engagement finden wir super und wollten das unterstützen.

Nicht. Es ist wie im Paradies.

Coming back to this amazing place. This time even with a swimming pool to enjoy.
Henrys vision and Philosophie having created such a wonderfull place.
The friendliness, courtesy and helpfullness of all the staff. There ability to communicate and engage with the customers.
The decoration and level of comfort of the rooms and surroundings I have never experienced anywere else..

Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. Rustige plek en toch dicht bij de stad. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Fantastische sunsets. Gratis shuttles naar het centrum.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Henry and his crew do absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Every morning, Henry wants to make sure his staff and all the guests are allright. You can ask them anything and they will arrange it for you. Besides that, the location and resort are absolutely wonderful.
We had an unexpected longer stay due to my mother, who broke her ankle. Henry went to the hospital with us, which he obviously didn't have to do, but he was a great support with lots of humour:-)
Thanks a lot and we hope to come back one day!

Anche se distante dal centro, posizione molto bella sul fiume. Possibilità di escursioni che partono direttamente dal resort.

Cons:

Nella prenotazione non era precisato che la camera era al piano terra di una villa. Locale grande, ma poco luminoso e piuttosto umido.
Colazione poco varia.
