素晴らしいロケーションのホテルでした。お部屋も広く快適です。お部屋の前のポーチや絶景を眺めながら本を読めて最高でした。朝の食事も良かったです。
部屋のシャワーの水が時々冷たくなリました。
支払いに米ドルを推奨されているのは、日本人にとっては少し不便です。
Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to leave after one night. On The Mekong staff were very helpful and very kindly provided a full refund for the three nights we did not stay. We are very impressed by this service as we obviously gave them very short notice. They even said that we were welcome to come back and use their swimming pool.
The place is a ways from the night market, but they supply a free tuk tuk into town. We loved our small apartment, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Henry and the entire team are lovely, everyone checked in with us daily to ask about our day. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in all of our travels!! The menu was different daily, coffee made to order, the fresh bread and jams, oh the croissants!! I loved them, and they also changed daily. The pool is huge with lots of places to hang out. We will return to this place.

The Expat (Henry) owner was great and gave info on the local day tours also great with the History of area and people.
Great setting looking over the Mekong River at sundown and fishermen working their nets etc during the day.
You are literally sitting within 50m of the river bank .
Our family room had 4 bathrooms, all clean and well laid out. Coffee French Press in room.
Water in glass recycled bottles which is excellent to see. Free shuttle downtown pretty much anytime, inexpensive to catch a TukTuk back.
Organised a day tour to Kuang Si falls which was very reasonably priced.
We are not really budget tourists but like to get up close and personal with where we stay and this was a great place to experience that. The staff were very friendly and happy.
Maybe better selection of drinks at the table areas to enjoy with the sundown experience, needed to go back to room to get form our fridge.

Staff are very warm and friendly and I know they are well appreciated and looked after by the hotel - maybe not a point on everyone's age da but certainly on ours.
The 24-hour pool and gardens are lovely.
The proximity to the mekong is great and the views across it are lovely, especially at sunset.
Our room was tastefully decorated in wood and had a traditional Laos house feel to it (in fact, it IS. a traditional Laotian house - dismantled and rebuilt here!). Nice size, good bathroom, inviting veranda overlooking gardens.
Breakfast is part-buffet / part a la carte but delicious and enough for any stomach.
Chatting to the owner Henry is a highlight. Friendly, approachable , warm, informative, knowledgeable - an old-skool SE Asia hand of 4 decades +. I'll say it again - write a book Henry!
Quiet location 2kms from the centre but there's a free tuk tuk into town.
Highly recommend and will certainly be coming back.

帰る時、前日から何時にフロントに来るから街まで無料の送迎で送ってね。と言ったのに、次の日チェックアウトしたら今送迎の車がないからロカでタクシーを呼ぶと言われて、このお金は誰が払うの？と確認し、宿が払うと言ってくれたのに、結局タクシー運転手から料金を請求されました…。宿が払うということもきちんと、タクシー運転手に告げておらず、残念です。ここに泊まるみんながお金持ちだと思っているのかな…。
Un coin de paradis au bord du Mékong. Site exceptionnel, chambres très confortables. Le patron est accueillant et disponible pour donner des informations sur lieux à visiter. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare.

Der Pool ist riesig und toll zum Schwimmen.
Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Überholung. Besonders die Außenanlage am Mekong wirkt ungepflegt und weist ein Sammelsurium an zum Teil unbrauchbaren Sitzgelegenheiten auf.
Barbetrieb zum Sunset wurde während meines Aufenthalts nicht angeboten.
Für mich passte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr.
Heerlijk rustige plek aan de Mekong, prachtig uitzicht op de rivier en de bergen. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk en ongelooflijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
