Welcoming, Comfortable & Clean
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was the perfect size for our needs, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The cotton bed sheets were a nice touch and made for a comfortable night's sleep. We also appreciated having two sets of towels available.

The small kitchen was well equipped and perfect for heating up food and enjoying a nice meal away from home. Overall, the condo felt welcoming and practical, making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a pleasant stay and would recommend the property.

Cons:

The pillows are large and stiff for our liking and one maintenance issue that should be brought to the owner's attention is the bathroom floor in Apartment 205. The floor remains wet and appears to be floating, with water seeping out from underneath. This could eventually lead to further damage or mold issues. I would recommend replacing the current flooring with a tile floor, which is more suitable and mold-resistant for a bathroom environment. In addition, adjusting the shower door and installing a proper rubber seal would help prevent water from escaping through the opening and reaching the floor.

Very nice facility, modern and clean appartment well located!
Pros:

Very nice pool, gym, jaccuzi, cold plunge. Appartment is clean and beautiful.

Cons:

The pillows are way too big. They should have some smaller ones. Also it was a bit noisy with construction on the rooftop and outside in front of the hotel which woke me up but this is out of the owner’s control.

apartamento moderno y muy confortable!
Pros:

el lugar, la ubicacion y las amenidades fueron excelentes. Un apartamento nuevo y muy moderno aligual que todo el edificio y la zona donde esta ubicado.

Cons:

Tal vez deberian considerar un AC mas grande o instalar uno en la sala, donde esta el sofa cama para poder mantener ese espacio fresco . El aire esta en la habitacion y al cerrar la puerta no llega el aire. No es grave pero para considerar,

Comfortable, Refreshing & Spacious!
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including kitchenware and toiletries. I especially appreciated the high-quality cotton bedsheets and the very comfortable bed, which made for a great night’s sleep. Sleeping with the window open was refreshing and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

Cons:

Because of the open windows (which was cool and refreshing!) the draft coming through caused the front door to shake at times, and I had to place a towel under the door to block the airflow and reduce the noise.
