According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
At the moment of check-in, a pre-authorization will be made on the reservation holder's credit card in the amount of R$ 500.00 per day in order to cover extra consumption. If will opt in not authorize it you must pay for all extra items at the moment you will request them.

Excelente localização, funcionarios educados , café da manhã fantástico! Pena que a piscina estava em manutenção mas super compreensivo p o verão. Manutenção é fundamental p estrutura e conservação.
Gosto muito do hotel, a equipe é tem um atendimento 10. A recreação infantil é super atenciosa, minha filha ama. É o nosso hotel preferido, atente perfeitamente as nossas necessidades.

Piscina aquecida estava morna para fria!
Gostaria de deixar registrado que o hotel superou nossas expectativas, mesmo estando a piscina interna e a sauna em manutenção. A hospedagem foi para comemoração dos 70 anos de nossa mãe. Destacamos a atenção dispensada por todos os funcionários em especial a Sra. Nazaré do restaurante que é muito proativa e atenciosa. A comida é um destaque a parte. Esperamos voltar em breve para aproveitar a infraestrutura completa.

Mobiliário muito antigo. Pouca iluminação no quarto.
Boas instalações e excelente alimentação..Pensao completa vale muito a pena. Cardápio maravilhoso. Há mini cozinha com pia, talheres, copos, pratos, frigobar e micro-ondas. Toalhas e roupas de cama cheirosas e bem limpas.
Internet lenta, TV ruim. Janelas do quarto defronte a outro prédio, não terá privacidade com as cortinas abertas. Falta porta sabonete no banheiro.
Adorei tudo, desde o atendimento, recreação, comida, instalações, conforto. A localização é maravilhosa, não precisei de carro pra nada. Já quero voltar!

Já é o 3 ano que ficamos no hotel! A gente ama! Nos sentimos em casa! De verdade. O quarto é ótimo! Ótimos espaços para nosso filho também ficar confortável, duas pias. E uma mesa grande, pois meu esposo estava trabalhando
