Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

At the moment of check-in, a pre-authorization will be made on the reservation holder's credit card in the amount of R$ 500.00 per day in order to cover extra consumption. If will opt in not authorize it you must pay for all extra items at the moment you will request them.

Please note that the playground is open daily. Children aged 6 and under are not allowed alone in the playground.

A localização é excelente, funcionários super educados e atenciosos!

Cons:

Pegamos uma semana de bastante frio e o ar condicionado não aquecia mais do que 20°, então passamos bastante frio, por estar com bebê foi um pouco ruim

La ubicación es espectacular, el barrio muy tranquilo, la playa increíble! El hotel tiene todas las comodidades, desayuno variado y abundante, piscina techada, piscina temperada al aire libre, gimnasio excelente, además de un espacio para niños, con personal que los cuida y tienen actividades a todas horas, lo que permite que los padres tengan algún momento durante el día para otras actividades. El personal, muy atento y amable. La habitación tenía cocina pequeña y microondas, además de vajilla y ollas, lo que permite cocinar si no se quiere salir a comer afuera.

Cons:

Creo que hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, fuimos en época de invierno y la temperatura de la habitación no se puede elevar, tuvimos que pedir una estufa y más frazadas, igual jamás pasamos frío. A ratos había bastante hormigas, hay que ser muy cuidadosos de no dejar NADA fuera del refrigerador porque llegaban muy rápido. A la cocina, le agregaría unos tazones más grandes para tomar e té o café, hay tazas muy pequeñas. Los televisores necesitan una mejora.

Atendimento dos funcionários e a localização.

Cons:

O restaurante deixou MUITO a desejar. Fizemos só uma refeição nele por termos sido decepcionados com dois pratos experimentados. Também está faltando pessoas para retirar os pratos e talheres das mesas no café da manhã. Outro ponto MUITO negativo foi terem terceirizado o estacionamento do hotel cobrando R$ 43,00 por dia, para o carro ficar descoberto!!! Um absurdo!!!! Não estava claro no anúncio do Booking isso!!!! Foi uma surpresa PÉSSIMA para quem é um hóspede fiel ao Hotel, quando visita Florianópolis.

Pros:

Localização. Hotel normal e superestimado.

Cons:

Poderia ser melhor sinalizado. O local parece um labirinto e faltam placas que informem a sauna, academia, saída para o open jurere, etc, sem placas ficamos perdidos. Não há saída direto para a praia. O café da manhã é bem basico, não vale o custo por fora.

Nada que atrapalhou minha estadia, mas seria muito mais aconchegante se o ar quente do quarto funcionasse. Pois o tempo estava friozinho. E o ar funcionou somente no frio.

A conservação da mobília do apartamento está precisando de reforma, móveis desgastados, portas mal conservadas, a conservação do banheiro está péssima. O chuveiro oxidado, as paredes do box com ponto de bolor.

Chega, porteiro não pega mala, SOMENTE UM RECEPCIONISTA, você é obrigado a esperar a fila andar, tua ida para o apartamento é mal explicada e malas você carrega pois não existe serviço, Hotel em Reforma, café da manhã ruim para o que se propõe

Internet no apartamento (4213) em que fiquei oscila... impede de trabalhar e a TV ou não entra ou para.
