Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

At the moment of check-in, a pre-authorization will be made on the reservation holder's credit card in the amount of R$ 500.00 per day in order to cover extra consumption. If will opt in not authorize it you must pay for all extra items at the moment you will request them.

As instalações estão bem desgastadas, o encanamento não oferece um banho mínimo de um hotel 5 estrelas, recepção atenciosa com reclamações porem não tem como resolver problemas encontrados.
Quanto ao restaurante, no café da manhã quando chega 10.30 hs parece que vc está num QUARTEL tamanha a indelicadeza e profissionalismo de alguns atendentes.
NÃO FOI INFORMADO QUE O PRINCIPAL RESTAURANTE E LOBBY BAR ESTAVAM FECHADO!

Fue un hospedaje inolvidable
Pros:

La ubicación es privilegiada una zona muy bonita y segura, la atención del personal es especial son atentos y amables, la cercanía a la playa y que la piscina exterior es temperada, ofrecen toallas para piscina y playa. La cercanía con el open jurere que ofrece zona Gourmet con variedad de opciones para cenar.
El desayuno estaba bien, había frutas, huevos, fiambres, cereales,yogurt y el café muy rico y variedad de panes. El entretenimiento para los niños es todo el día donde tienes actividades programadas, lo cual es ideal para que los niños disfruten. La atención del buffet fue buena.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar, nos hospedamos por 5 días y todos los días fue la misma comida. Si bien el hotel es antiguo las habitaciones estaban bien ma teñidas y tenían estilo vintage. La instalaciones en buen estado.

La habitación y el servicio en general. El desayuno y el restorán muy buenos.

Cons:

Solo por decir algo negativo, durante el desayuno dejan entrar pájaros que te sobrevuelan por la cabeza y picotean cosas del plato.

Pros:

àreas comuns são interessantes, mas estavam em reforma. a localização também é muito boa.
