Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

At the moment of check-in, a pre-authorization will be made on the reservation holder's credit card in the amount of R$ 500.00 per day in order to cover extra consumption. If will opt in not authorize it you must pay for all extra items at the moment you will request them.

Please note that the playground is open daily. Children aged 6 and under are not allowed alone in the playground.

Great location and staff were friendly. The rooms were dated and smelt very bad, beds were hard.

Rooms were dated and had a really bad musty smell. The beds were very hard. No jug for tea or coffee.

El desayuno es bueno tiene variedad de cosas

Cons:

No me gustó que el sector de la playa que ocupa el hotel no esté limpio de desechos de los turistas sucios del mismo hotel. Además en el almuerzo no se especifica que los líquidos no estén incluidos, no hay agua disponible. El dia del check out nos cortaron la luz de la habitación a las 9.

Pros:

2da vez que nos quedamos , es un hotel muy completo.
Lo mejor es

Cons:

Quizas podrian mejorar la atención en el bar de la piscina, la demora en ocasiones era alta.
Sin embargo era entendible por ser temporada alta.
Algo muy puntual o por buscar algo que mejorar:
No nos pusieron sabanas en 2 oportunidades.
Las televisiones son viejas o con mala conexión

Maravilhosa, como sempre!
Pros:

Como sempre, a estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa e opções disponíveis de piscinas e academia super completas. O café da manhã continua espetacular, sendo que neste ano com mais opções de frutas e variedades de cozimento dos ovos, essenciais no desjejum. A Sra. Nazaré continua no hotel, recepcionando os hóspedes com sorriso todas as manhãs e, nesta temporada, também nos almoços. O quarto espaçoso e duas televisões smart também são um diferencial, além da vista espetacular.

Cons:

O único detalhe a mencionar é o display que controla o ar condicionado no quarto 4216, estava funcionando para ligar e desligar, mas a regulagem não. Necessita de manutenção ou então precisa ser substituído.

Pros:

Muy bueno el kids club, te prestan lo necesario para ir al mar o piscina, chalecos juegos etc, todo para no tener que llevar nada desde casa . El servicio de reposeras y sombrillas excelente

Malas instalaciones y mala antecion personal de gerencia

Cons:

El personal de gerencia no sabe tratar a clientes , les importa muy poco mantener a clientes que van todos los veranos .
Tome el hotel por kids club y no dejaron tener a mis hijos , porque le faltaban 4 días para cumplir 4 años .

A vontade é de voltar em todos os verões
Pros:

O espaço kids era muito bom e a recreação foi ótima! Mihas filhas adoraram, todos os monitores tem muito jeito. Ficamos muito também na piscina coberta, foi um sucesso. A localização é ótima. não é beira mar, mas se anda pouco e o hotel tem uma estrutra de barraca e cadeiras na praia. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, ficamos muito confortáveis. A decoração é de um gosto meio questionável, mas nada que incomode. O banheiro está ficando um pouco antigo, mas é grande. Ter uma mini cozinha no quarto ajudou muito na rotina com as minhas filhas. A vontade é de voltar em todos os verões.

Cons:

Senti falta de alguns itens na cozinha do quarto, como papel toalha e uma vassoura (porque minhas filhas fazem muita bagunça para comer e para varrer um pouco da areia que vinha da praia). Achei a comida do almoço mediana, opções limitadas.

1) Loud construction
2) The staff is very inflexible and slow to resolve issues
3) They said they would give a partial refund. 4 days later no refund
4)They don’t pickup or attend to their phone either
