Arogant Staff & no empathy to customer. Our intent was to stay for a day from 5.oo am to 5 pm. Web site confirmed the booking from 23rd 0.00 hours to 24th 0.00 hours. When we entered the hotel at 5 AM on 23rd no one was there to attend.
After our call an arrogant guy with harsh voice told us to come at 12 noon. We have told that we are checking out in the evening, but he has refused to provide accommodation. Contrary he has told that he can provide Non A/C room for which we are liable to pay Rs.400 per hour towards early check-in. Had I accepted, would have ended up in paying Rs.2000 for early check in and another Rs.2000 towards for our original booking charges. Rediculus to spend Rs.4000 for 5 Am to 4 PM by compromising all the comforts. It is not worth even to spend Rs.2000 per day such a useless stay option. There are lots of many hotels around that can be explored. Don't look at the option & you will regret.

LIFT WAS NOT WORKING ON ALL THE THREE DAYS.THERE IS NO INTERCOM OR CALLING BELL TO CALL ROOM BOY AND THERE IS NO ROOM BOY SERVICE. ONLY ONE PERSON WAS THERE AND HE DOES NOT KNOW ENGLISH OR TAMIL. I THINK YOU EMPLOYED BENGALIS FOR CHEAP LABOUR AND THEY DONOT SPEAK TAMIL OR UNDERSTAND IT. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Horrible...no maintenance at all
Cleanliness
The water was normally cold and hot water was coming from the heater. The room was not having A/C connected. The receptionist needs Rs. 500 extra to connect A/C.
The hotel shall not be rated as 3 star hotel. My room was allotted in the second floor but the lift provided was very old and did not work well at all. The normal hotels without star rated have much better lifts and they are new ones.
The service was not provided 24 hours. There is no restaurant inside the hotel. Even to drink a coffee, I need to go outside and buy it from a coffee shop about 250 meters away. The hotel location is not pondy bazaar. It is located in Maharajapuram Santhanam Street. The taxi driver took long time to figure out the right location.
The room is not value for the money paid. The bedsheet was dirty and it's well maintained for the amount we paid. Suitable for bachelor whom travelling for budget stay only. Not recommended for family or females.
Friendly staff and executive behaviour. Was also helpful with giving proper guidance of city. Facilities were good indeed and good proximity with T nagar. Very good experience 👍.
