I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were pretty and very comfortable, making for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and amenities. The ambience was pleasant and added to the overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Price is reasonable staff is good but experience was not good. As I wanted hot water , solar water heater ws stheer, but wastage of water and got water after an hour.

you want to sleep in a nightclub?
Pros:

extreme sound as we got a room on streetside. the hotel has 2 nightclubs and it is not really for sleeping in that way. i never closed an eye

Cons:

the people behind the reception have extreme difficulty to make themselves clear it was embarassing. Every question was answered by an answer on another question and there was no indication it was clear to them the intention of the question was meant differently. So unfit for foreign visitors. However reasonably priced. Careful: bathroom windows allow mosquito to enter and the bathroom door does not close properly.

DISGUSTING, TERRIBLE, VERY VERY UNHAPPY, HATED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE

a. The rooms DID NOT match the pictures online
b. Ciggratte butts all over the room. V DIRTY AND UNTIDY
c. The room was FLOODED WITH WATER in the morning
d. The house keeping person was DRUNK
e. The RECEPTION staff was RUDE.
f. NO PARKING
g. The entire was STINKING of smoke and ALCOHOL
g. NO BASIC UTILITIES were provided!

Pros:

Breakfast was not provided after waiting for 30 mins. Said "Sir we wont be able to give you Breakfast as we don't have the facility available now. You please go outside and have it yourself."
