Pros:

Очень уютный и чистый семейный отель и прекрасным сервисом. Отличные завтраки и внимательные хозяева. Банька бочка вообще супер! Отлично держит жар, очень хорошая. Если буду в Караколе только в этот отель поеду.

Amazing stay, I recommend.
Pros:

Amazing value for money! Decent rooms, great common area, and the small number of rooms means every guest gets the host's full attention. The host couple was extremely helpful (with transport, ski rentals, general place recommendations). Their sauna right is absolutely wonderful, especially since after skiing you're feeling too lazy to go out into the city for some public sauna. Sound insulation is decent. Breakfast was just right: not too much variety, but the essentials were there.

Cons:

Had just a few problems with the shower.

Great experience
Pros:

Friendly and helpful host, various breakfasts, comfortable accommodation. The host can speak English.

Cons:

The cleanliness wasn’t perfect - we found some beard residue on the sink. But nothing horrible - the positives outweigh the negatives.

Pros:

Very lovely BNB in a residential neighbourhoos walking distance to the city centre. The owner is fantastic and goes out of his way to make your stay comforable. He was so helpful when I fell sick and had to stay an extra couple days unexpectedly, and was able to get me breakfest early when I had to leave early one day. Breakfast is lovely, good selection and fresh egg-based dishes on request. Would absolutely stay again.

Pros:

A nice hotel, friendly staff, really nice that we were able to do our laundry here.

Cons:

Showerhead kept falling down, in the morning (starting from 5am) we were woken up by a rooster crowing and it didnt stop for the next 2 hours.

Very friendly and helpful with everything you could need if hiking in the area
Pros:

Super helpful for our 3 day hike letting us store the car and sorting our laundry for a reasonable cost.

Cons:

It’s a little out of town but it was friendly stop with all that you need, so it wasn’t an issue, and definitely no issue if you have a car or the Yandex taxi app.
