There's a smell coming from the pipes, somewhat from the comfort rooms.

The WIFI was not working during my stay and the TV has no access to cable with 2 free air channels with poor signals available providing entertainment. I truly dislike that the host is asking for P1,000 deposit which is not part of the hotel advertised rates.

no amenities, i tried to reach out the owner but she promised that they will give the amenities but they didn't until i checked out. cant find even the TV remote, towel, etc.

CONSIDER READING THIS FIRST. ROOM 2013.

1. Lobby smells bad. The aircon is not working.
2. You need to pay 250 pesos for parking when you arrive in the place.
3. When you arrive, you need to call the phone number first before knowing what room you are in. After, you need to find the key in the boxes by yourself. You need to surrender an ID 2 times. 1 in the lobby and another for parking. Hassle.
4. When we entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes. The room was full of cockroaches. There is a used toothbrush and a pair of socks under the sink.
5. The bathroom door was locked. We needed to call for help, and then the maintenance arrived and opened it.
6. The bathroom has leftover cigarettes on the floor. There is a leftover shampoo pack. The garbage bin is full of water. The toilet have pubic hairs.
7. One window can not be locked, so it is partially open. There is no curtain. We are visible from the outside.
8. The bed is the worst. The springs will hurt you. Uncomfortable to sleep.
9. We lost free wifi access (Converge) the next day because, apparently, it is not yet paid by the owner. The converge showed a notice on my phone.
10. The refrigerator is dirty. The chairs are dirty. Everything looks dirty.

There are lots of cockroaches in the room

Absolutely terrible experience and terrible room.

Following the check-in instructions we go to the mail box to collect the key, no key in the mail box we are calling and calling the property we wait for 20 minutes in the end no one from the property comes with the key so the buildings maintenance man has break the handle of the door to let us in then replace it...

We enter the room it's Full and I mean full of cockroaches maybe 10 or more disgusting, the bed sheets are dirty and full of holes and the bed itself is an ancient spring bed that neither me or my girlfriend could fall asleep on because the mattress foam was gone and the springs poke into you at any angle you sleep.

Understandably we wanted to shorten our stay and leave when we left after the 1st night of a 3 night booking they refused to answer our messages or texts and only gave us back our down payment for "security" reasons after we messaged to aler authorities if we didn't get back that money.....

Do not waste your time or money here this place should be banned from this website.
