Bel emplacement et expérience sympa pour une nuit
la capsula è molto spaziosa rispetto alla media, c'è spazio per appoggiare telefoni ed effetti personali, appendere dei vestiti, diverse prese elettriche. l'area femminile è munita da codice, quindi molto sicura. ognuno ha un proprio armadietto e se il bagaglio è più grande lo tengono gentilmente in reception e tu puoi andare tutte le volte che vuoi a prenderlo e riportarlo.

The mattress is extremely thin and doesn't really work for side sleepers.
The fan in the capsule is a bit too loud, though I needed to sleep with earplugs due to people coming and going anyway!

There isn’t really a place to sit comfortably and eat (especially given you can’t eat the rooms), the only option is the cafe down stairs which is limited seating (10 seats). Only 1 microwave and 1 water dispenser. There is also no laundry facility, the only option is to use local laundry mats.
Location is excellent for access to Shibuya station and the entertainment/shopping area around it. About a billion places to eat, and plenty of lively streets to walk around. Staff were lovely people, very helpful and professional. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel.
My first experience in a capsule hotel of this type, so take my negatives with a grain of salt if you are a pro.
This particular hotel has storage cupboard with a lock on it in a row that runs along the corridor adjacent to the capsules. This is fantastic, as it allows you to lock up your belongings when you are out during the day. Problem is that most peoples luggage is bigger than the cupboard, so the only option was to leave your luggage out in front of the cupboards all day and night. It means that people with several bags of luggage clog up the walking space, and I was constantly having to step over people as they were re-organizing their luggage. It was a tripping hazard at night, too. The hotel has images showing the size available in these cupboards, but most people seem to ignore it when booking the hotel.
My guess is that this hotel original began as a capsule hotel in the original sense, they expected Japanese people to stay there for a night or two whilst they were in Shibuya, thus not needing massive space to store luggage. But, now they promote themselves to international travelers who are going to have 1-3 weeks of luggage with them. I honestly don't know what they could do to remedy this, but I think it needs to be something you are aware of before you stay here. Your luggage is going to be out in the open for your whole stay if you have a medium sized or larger suitcase.
the staff were friendly to assist me with luggage delivery to the airport, the room was clean and the location being about a 10 mintues walk from Shibuya station made this place really value for money
