A great hostel with outstanding staff, a fantastic location, and excellent service for travelers exploring Shibuya.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They allowed us to store our large suitcases before check-in, during our stay, and even after check-out, making everything very convenient and stress-free. The process was always uncomplicated, and we were able to collect our belongings later without any issues. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Shibuya with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Cons:

It is important to keep in mind that this is a hostel rather than a hotel. As expected, there can be some noise from other guests during the night and early morning, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

Although the location is very central, the walk from Shibuya Station takes around 10 minutes. With large suitcases, this can be somewhat challenging because the area is usually very busy and crowded. We would therefore recommend using a luggage delivery service such as Yamato to send larger bags directly to the hostel.

If you’re looking for a clean place and want to save some money, this is a great choice.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The capsule concept was a fun experience, and everything was very clean. The girl at the front desk was super nice and welcoming, and we appreciated the drink coupons they gave us.

Cons:

Since it’s a shared space, it may not be the most comfortable option for a long stay, but for a few days it’s perfect.

Pros:

Really convenient location, comfortable capsule with plenty of space and the staff were lovely - very welcoming, very helpful. It was easy to navigate check in/out processes and they kindly held my bags for me on the day of checking out. Would highly recommend, I'll be coming back for my next Tokyo stay

道玄坂の街中にあるカプセルホテル
Pros:

道玄坂の繁華街にあるからコンサートなどに良い
コンビニにも近い
スタッフさんが優しく親切でした

Cons:

本棚の向かいにベッドがある作りで、閉塞感がある
気にならない人にはいいが私は少し苦手に思った
共用スペースのドアが頑丈で重い
手首を痛めている身としてはかなり手間取った

The location is excellent. Despite the flaws, I would book again.

Cons:

It’s not possible/ allowed to open the windows. The ventilation system is not great. The mixed room was very stinky because of people’s dirty and smelly shoes. The futons/mattresses are super thin.

Highly reccommend if travelling alone. I really enjoyed it here!
Pros:

Great location, very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. Would stay here again!!

Cons:

Just something to note is that the noise travels / walls of pods are very thin. Everyone was very quiet and polite so I didn't have a single issue, but I wouldn't stay here if I was with other people (wouldn't be able to talk). I would stay again if travelling alone for sure!
