The best place where to stay in Istanbul! The welcoming from the hosts was truly amazing, super friendly and welcoming. The room is very beautiful, very very clean and super comfortable. You can truly feel the care they put on every single detail, and it does make the difference. The location is amazing as it is in the city centre, walking distance from everything. Super recommend if you want an amazing place where to stay in Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff, you are the best guys!
C'était parfait. Chambre propre bien équipée et nettoyée tous les jours avec changement de serviettes etc. Salle de bain impeccable. Espace de chambre et salle de bain suffisant. Les personnes à la réception très professionnelles, compétentes gentilles, un très bon accueil, toujours disponibles et souriantes. Merci pour le transfert vers aéroport, merci pour les bons conseils pour manger, pour des endroits typiques etc ☺️🙏🌷.

Un message au propriétaire : quel dommage que la réception soit un peu vieille. Ça manque d'un bon rafraîchissement avec des couleurs chaleureuses, des équipements plus modernes. Heureusement que vous avez le personnel superbe qui accueille les clients, et prenez en soin pour leur fournir de meilleures conditions de travail.
The staff was amazing, very clean rooms, all of the receptionists are able to talk a fluent English and of course they were always smiling

The location is good, close to the main tourist places, but not so loud.
The room was very clean, I had even a bathrobe.
The only thing I didn't like is the sound of water running through the pipes. It was vivid in the evening but one night was awful. The water ran till 3 or 4 am just constantly! Next morning I asked at the reception if I could change my room. I moved to another floor.

Great staff, very central location. The amenities you get match the price point. We stayed in a quadruple room, which is basically two rooms connected by a small hallway. So in practice it's quite similar to just getting two rooms. The rooms are new and modern.
With a little bit more investment in amenities, the quality of the property can significantly improve. What we missed most was a stool/chair. Having glass cups instead of paper cups, but this is just a nice to have.
Hotel favoloso al centro di istanbul. Camere piccole ma confortevoli con tutto il necessario. I ragazzi della reception bravissimi, simpaticissimi e sempre disponibili nell aiutarci con gli spostamenti e con qualsiasi cosa noi avessimo bisogno e un ringraziamento speciale al sig. Also its on a short distance from the ferry boats.

الموقع ممتاز جدًا في منطقة سيركجي، وقريب من العديد من المعالم والخدمات. الغرفة جميلة ونظيفة، لكنها صغيرة نوعًا ما، وقد لا تكون مناسبة لمن يفضلون المساحات الواسعة. أما من ناحية الموقع، فبسبب قرب الفندق من منطقة مليئة بالفعاليات والحركة قد يكون هناك بعض الإزعاج أحيانًا، لكنه ليس مشكلة كبيرة بالنسبة لي. بشكل عام كانت الإقامة جيدة وأوصي به لمن يبحث عن موقع مميز وسهولة الوصول إلى الأماكن السياحية.
Everything was clean, so many things within walking distance, and the staff was very friendly. Aslan particularly was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
It’s an older property, some of the spaces are tight, but this is something that is totally expected in the old town for an older building.
