Excellent hôtel et personnel très agréable
Pros:

Notre chambre était très confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein cœur de Sultanahmet et a 3min à pieds du tramway T1. Le réceptionniste était très gentils, nous avons apprécié discuter avec lui.

Pros:

Часто бываем в Стамбуле и побывали во многих отелях. В этот отель мы точно вернемся еще раз. Номера чистые, все необходимое есть, очень светлая ванная комната.
Расположение просто отличное, все в шаговой доступности.
Персонал очень внимательный, дружелюбный.

Pros:

L'appartement est bien situé, le personnel est très serviable et gentil. Le ménage ait réalisé tous les jours. Il y a eu une erreur de réservation qui a été rectifié rapidement.

Cons:

Ma chambre avait des odeurs assez fortes provenant des canalisations. J'ai du changer de chambre. Sur la literie en particulier les oreillers je les ai pas trouvé très confortable.

Je voudrais d’abord remercier le personnel, qui était aux petits soins, avec de petites attentions qui font plaisir. L’emplacement se trouve proche de tout, comme les mosquées aux alentours, le grand bazar et donne facilement accès aux transports en commun. (marmaray, tram, ferry etc..), les chambres sont propre et simple cela est parfait.

Je remercie le personnel de l'Hôtel et je n'ai qu'une chose a dire, A bientôt.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, Приветливый и внимательный персонал! Расположение просто идеальное, если вы в первый раз в Стамбуле, потому что все главные достопримечательности в 7 минутах прогулки. Так же прямо возле отеля станция трамвая, мармарай и паромы.
Если сомневаетесь как найти вход: от станции сиркеджи трамвая т1 идите вдоль рельс в сторону станции гюльхане парк. С левой стороны увидите вывеску mara old city hotel Синюю и после нее поворачиваете за угол налево. Там слева будет вход.
Номера уютные и комфортные, убирают ежедневно и хорошо, воду, чай кофе пополняют каждый день. Туалет душ хорошие, лифт есть.

Cons:

Из нюансов слышимость-но это цена за центр города и это нормально (будет слышно трамвай, но быстро привыкаешь. Берите этажи повыше. Ну и соседей слышно, тут уже как повезет именно с соседями.

تجربة ممتازة افكر في تكرارها لنفس المكان
Pros:

الاهتمام بالنزلاء وبشاشة الموظفين خاصة الموظف فرحات بشوشو وخلوق جداً
