Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Fast ein Jahr ist vergangen. Das Hotel ist sogar noch besser als vor einem Jahr. Das Personal erkannte mich sofort bei meiner Ankunft, und es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber. Alles ist an seinem Platz. Man muss es einfach selbst erleben.

Für Leute die viel Zeit unterwegs verbringen und dann zurück in ein sauberes, bequemes Zimmer kommen wollen perfekt.
Pros:

Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und nett. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Es wurde immer Wasser nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Es ist etwas schlecht gedämmt. Man hört vor allem die Spülung der anderen Zimmer recht stark.

Pros:

Tiene una ubicación ideal para estar cerca tanto del centro histórico así cómo del puente Galata. Aunque la habitación no es demasiado grande, tiene las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días cómodos. Las almohadas son de las mejores de los hoteles que hemos visitado. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Especialmente Farhat (No sabemos si se escribe así) 😅

Cons:

El ascensor a veces no funciona, las escaleras son estrechas, las típicas de los edificios de Estambul. El baño es algo pequeño. Un día no funcionó el agua caliente, pero entendemos que es algo puntuale que sucedió.

HABITACIÓN FRÍA YLLENA DE HUMEDADES
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta, rodeada de restaurantes y a un paseo de las principales atracciones turísticas y monumentos

Cons:

Las dos primeras noches dormimos en una habitación llena de humedades (piso 7) hacia mucho frio y la pintura de la pared se caía encima nuestro. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que al día siguiente, pero tampoco fue posible y al final pasamos dos noches así. No deberían dar una habitación en esas condiciones, hubiésemos preferido que nos cancelaran la reserva y poder alojarnos en otro hotel. Es una pena porque por lo demás estaba bien, cama cómoda y ducha caliente, aunque muy pequeño todo (especialmente el baño), pero para dormir suficiente.
