Upon arrival to the hotel, all reservations will require pre-authorization with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extras during your stay. All incidentals should be settled prior to departure. Car parking is not included in your reservation. Parking must be booked online in advance via the hotel website and should be booked 24 hours prior to arrival. Conference Aston operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel and conference center, including the central courtyard area. If guests wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area which is available outside the main reception. Please be advised that guests who do smoke in the bedrooms will be charged GBP 50.00 to cover specialist room cleaning. The Gym and Swimming Pool facilities are nearby, not onsite, and managed separately to the hotel where opening times vary daily. The Swimming Pool is therefore subject to availability and not guaranteed as part of your reservation. Only residents named on the hotel bedroom reservation will be permitted access to the hotel. Nonresident guests are not permitted to stay within guest accommodations without a valid reservation. The hotel operates a code of conduct for all guests staying at the venue in any capacity and is available online or by contacting the hotel in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful, which put me at ease after a long and stressful journey. The room was very comfortable and clean and the food on offer was delicious and fresh.

Bar/snack area didn't open until 5.30 so had to go back out for food/drink.

Camera molto ben organizzata: piccola ma aveva tutto al posto giusto e questo la rendeva decisamente confortevole. Oltre a questo, era davvero pulita e ho trovato molto buoni anche i prodotti forniti in bagno (bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo). Wifi perfetto.

- The main issue with this accomodation was the noise and the endless sleep disturbances during most of the night. This included the banging of doors by guests in the early hours, people running along the corridor on the above floor and groups of people shouting and congregating in the corridors well after 1am. There was the added issue of bin collections around 5.30am too.
Overall I slept very little and I suffered the next day. The noise issues were combined with a uncomfortable bed, in particular the pillows were too soft and unspportitive resulting posture issues and a sore neck the following day.
