prachtig en smaakvol ingericht appartement op mooie locatie.
goed bed , 2 goede badkamers met prima douches gelegen bij de leuke jacht haven en vlakbij een supermarkt .
Helaas geen koffie machine , maar vlakbij de uitgang van het complex was een aardig barretje waar je koffie kon drinken.
Wat meer bestek en borden zou handig zijn als je een gast krijgt. Overigens was er vlakbij ruim voldoende restaurants , waar je goed kan eten.

The agent has not refunded us our parking RM50 yet. He is very elusive.
He did not meet us as it stated.
No free parking instructions were given even tho it was stated.
Cleaning was in progress untill 5pm. We arrived at check-in 3pm and had to come back.
I would like booking.com to follow up on refund please.
I like the balcony and the space of the house
I am not appreciate the owner service behavior we waiting for 1 hour just to check in, and the owner want us to take the initiative to text him instead of he can let us know the process for check in.
The house was not clean, I saw a big big cockroach in the kitchen, I was planning to use the oven but the oven was dirty maybe it's from the previous tenant, but the owner/ cleaner should make sure it's clean before pass the house to the next tenant. The leaf outside of the balcony was not be clean up and the floor dusty.
The apartment was very well organised and of a very high standard. The IKEA furniture and fittings let the overall feel down somewhat!
The pop-up basin plugs did not work well. Door to terrace did not lock.

It is comfortable stay if you bring infant. The rooms we get just infront of the swimming pool 😊

The swimming pool seems like not maintained well or we just got there early which staff have yet to clean it.
The host still did not refund my deposit of RM300... I need the money to pay for my rent, thank you.
Good location
The unit is clean n cozy with a minimalist home decor. Full kitchen utensil and washing machines paired with detergent n softener were provided. The balcony with the spectacular seaview is a plus of this unit and just few steps away from the pool.
Good location with lots of restaurant around with a big grocery shop to pick up all necessary items. Overall, a very enjoyable stay ！
The agent should sent out the keys pick up procedures earlier instead of at the arrival time of the property, a bit difficult to read pages of PDF while trying to drive and navigate the place.
The master bedroom air condition is a bit weak, probably needs some cleaning
