At nights continuos door bell ringing between 1oclock and 2oclock
People come to rest and are tired after the whole day when you are disturbed in late nights this is not the way to treat your guests
One night we can understand by mistake but continuos 3 nights is horrible treatment to your guests when complained not a satisfactory answer thre answer is some battery default problem when requested for viewing of cctv footage no answer on that this happened with us hope in future all booking companies and fab hotels note this and how booking.com helps me let's see
