Really nice rooms and helpful front desk.
Pros:

The rooms were fantastic. Nicely done and having the sauna is a great touch. The restaurant is awesome and probably the highlight of the property.

Cons:

The internal staff (front desk was great). But some weird service related issues like the bags were not in the room when they said they would be, someone asking for a tip then asking for more tip. Kind of weird. The heating was a little confusing to operate but we eventually figured it out. Finally, breakfast starts at 9... But skiing starts at 8:30... Why can breakfast start earlier.

This hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. At USD 400 per night, the room was basic, with the only “feature” being a very small, one-person sauna. Nothing else about the room or the service justifies this price point.

Upon arrival, there was no staff at reception. Instead, a young male (a luggage handler, as we learnt later) was sitting and playing games, he was slightly annoyed when he had to acknowledge us. When the receptionist finally arrived, she was not very accommodating and showed no empathy despite the fact that I was unwell and had just completed a long international journey. None of my reasonable requests were accommodated.

Rooms had poor views (I viewed 4): three faced a car park, and the third overlooked a construction site and exposed restaurant, laundry and other technical facilities (pipes, equipment, etc.). This was particularly disappointing as I had booked many months in advance, and the stay was meant to be a special gift for my partner, who was visiting the country for the first time.

The room was not heated when we arrived, and no one explained how to use any of the facilities. We only discovered on our final day that the room had a smart-home system. When we eventually managed to get the heating working ourselves, it made loud, disruptive noise throughout the night, and there was no clear way to regulate it. Our friends, who were staying separately, were unable to get the heating or sauna to work at all and left after one night because the room was too cold. The kettle did not work, so I could not make myself tea or have hot water for flue medicine.

Reception staff were unhelpful and slightly "checked-out" as if we were an annoyance.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not return, will not recommend this hotel to friends, and would caution others. The pricing is completely unjustified given the quality of the stay, facilities, and service.
