Amazing place to stay along with convenience to ski slopes
Pros:

Beautiful location and amazing views. The staff were so prompt and so easy to connect over messages. Extremely professional, friendly and prompt for everything. The location is so well connected to the ski slopes and the Auyl restaurant right in the premise is excellent!!

Overall good location but need to improve on breakfast
Pros:

Good location with free shutter bus to cable car to ski resort. The property is still under construction in additional zone, so noisy during the day. Free minibar is a good perk

Breakfast was served in paper back in the room. It should be served at restaurants or in the tray.

Everything was wonderful, helpful and attentive staff.
Pros:

Everything! From the spectacular views I only see in wallpapers to the cabin itself. The cabin has a heater which I found very useful, the floor was heated as well. The TV worked well. Everyday, the minibar was being refilled. There’s a complimentary breakfast with fresh and healthy food. The house was cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Nothing really, just that it was somewhat far from the city but it was what I paid for and wanted lol.

Отдых в отеле Qazaq Auyl на Медео оставил очень тёплое и цельное впечатление.
Прежде всего подкупает атмосфера: сочетание горного воздуха, тишины и национального колорита создаёт ощущение настоящего перезагрузочного пространства. Здесь легко замедлиться, выдохнуть и почувствовать связь с природой.
Территория ухоженная и уютная, виды на горы - отдельное удовольствие в любое время суток. Номера комфортные, чистые, продуманные до мелочей. Чувствуется забота о гостях и внимание к деталям.
Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный, создаёт ощущение гостеприимства без формальности - будто ты не в отеле, а в доме, где тебе искренне рады.
Qazaq Auyl - это место, куда приезжают не просто отдохнуть, а восстановить силы, наполниться спокойствием и почувствовать особую атмосферу гор и культуры.
Обязательно хочется вернуться снова.
