Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was clean comfortable ..nice size room and bathroom easy to check in and out

Cons:

Wasn't so much we didn't like it but would have been nice to have atleast a kettle in the room instead of having to go up and down stairs as my partner has severe heart failure so that was a little inconvenient and a little further than I like from the beach arcades ect

Clean comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean & comfortable bed. Lovely cheerful staff. Parking at front of the hotel. Definitely stay there again. Thankyou

Pros:

Great value. Near the coach station and not far from the rail station.

Cons:

Tea bags, sugar, milk etc were provided. However there was no kettle or cups in the room. For the price paid this was not really an issue.

Cheap and grim
Pros:

Not much,just the location. No problems with getting in with using the codes.

Cons:

The mattress was hard, I guess that's personally choice but I hardly slept first night,so we pulled the sheets up to inspect it, massively stained, it did have a mattress protector on,but that was old and the plastic covering had rubbed off so the stains could easily work their way through.we actually booked in somewhere else for the second night

Bed comfy, great tv, landlord helpful to any call

Cons:

Bad neighbours, not landlords fault, he rang to apologise as we had no sleep.
A little cold, but on price of room great value for money

lovely area and even better room
Pros:

The room was expectional, always is stay a few times and it’s always been up to standard, Staff are great and easy to communicate with, the room feels homely and the beds are so comfy, i love how accessible it is

Cons:

from my experience everything was perfect, couldn’t ask for better especially for the price!

Cons:

There was urine all over the bathroom, damp and mould in the bedroom woodwork hanging off mucky bedsheet that we couldn’t use, and there was people up and down all night in the hotel that weren’t staying there as they were just hanging around in the passage. I would never come here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.
