Pros:

Замечательный отель! Виды на водопад, железную дорогу, горы. Мы пешком ходили к водопаду, которым любовались из окна. Очень вкусные завтраки в отеле! Все уютно и чисто. Видели много обезьян

Pros:

Nice location, perfect sunrise view to Ella mountain and Little Adam peak, view to waterfall and railroad far away. Restaurant open veranda in top floor, good breakfast. You will be happy to recognise your hotel building while climbing Little Adam. Close to the station, close to waterfall (walk distance both). Absolutely must to return

Nice view, but quite remote
Pros:

The view is amazing. The room was quite large. Staff will provide assistance if asked. Decent breakfast with small variations from day to day. Staff helped with luggage to rooms and up the hill to the van. There are restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The location is quite remote, there is no food or grocery delivery available. Tuktuks are very expensive (5000-12000) from the hotel and you can rarely find them on the apps. No AC, no bug nets. It gets really hot and you have to stay with your windows closed if you don't want a bug swarm in your room. The laundry service is a bit of a scam since it was 600 LKR per kg, we were told we washed 5 kg but got taxed for 10(I dont even think there were 5 kg since we only had 2 small bags of clothes) the next day at the reception. These are higher prices than western prices, plus the washing was quite low quality, no fabric softner, no ironing, they just came wrinkled and smelling like nothing.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage. Man ist nicht an der hauptstraße, ruhige Lage,. Der Blick vom Zimmer ist unschlagbar. Man sieht den Wasserfall und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick ins Tal.

Von der Unterkunft kommt ihr super zum ella rock und in die stadt. Tipp geht auf den gleisen das geht deutlich schneller als durch die Berge.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett. Man hat uns geholfen, zugtickets zu buchen. Das Frühstück war toll. Es war abwechslungsreich. Wir mochten das sri lankische Frühstück mit coconut sambol, Sri, Lanka Pancake, Eiern, Dhal.

Wir haben unsere Wäsche über die Unterkunft gewaschen.

Das Internet war super.

Falls ihr Essen geht, empfehle ich euch. Ella Savory Havens Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist direkt um die Ecke, es ist super lecker, ein tolles preis-leistungs Verhältnis, und ein toller Blick.

Cons:

Unser Bad war leider völlig verschimmelt. Schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke und den Wänden. Es ist sehr schwierig diese Unterkunft zu bewerten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt extrem genossen und alles war toll. Eigentlich eine zehn von zehn.

Aber der Schimmel war natürlich schrecklich.

Ich rate dem Eigentümer hier Vorzugehen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit traumhaftem Blick auf Ella
Pros:

Traumhafter Blick aus dem Fenster/vom Balkon auf Ella Rock, Little Adams Peak, einen Wasserfall und die Ella Gap. Frühstück war auch super, große Auswahl, alles frisch, leckerer Tee. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, die bei Fragen direkt da sind, antworten, erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer relativ undicht, sodass abends so einige Insekten im Zimmer waren, tagsüber war das aber gar kein Problem.

Gute Ausgangslage für alle Unternehmungen mit herrlichem Blick.
Pros:

Die Dusche war warm. Das sri-lankische Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, die Aussicht unschlagbar. Der Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen, die Naturgeräusche, die Tiere… eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Lage außerhalb der Stadt mit entsprechender Aussicht war für uns genau richtig. Man kann von dort aus zu Fuß oder mit Gepäck per TukTuk wunderbar alles erreichen. Das Zimmer hatte einen Wasserkocher, sodass wir uns zwischendurch Tee/Kaffee zubereiten konnten.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
