Decepcionante, nos mintieron de la disponibilidad de las instalaciones.

Cons:

El personal no fue muy amable, la alberca no estuvo disponible durante nuestra estancia.
Nos habían asignado otra habitación qué no era la que pedimos, al final nos dieron la correcta.

Good place with potential
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the AC a must in Bacalar. Also it benefited from a nice view on the Laguna.

Cons:

The bed sheets had holes, the towels were outdated and the sink was instable. Also you have to keep in mind that there's quite some noise in this area (party places).
The wooden rood attracts lots of pigeons, which can be noisy too. Although it's nice hearing birds while waking up!

- löchrige und dreckige Handtücher
- Pool wurde ohne vorherige Ankündigung saniert und daher nicht nutzbar gewesen
- sehr hellhörig
- undichte Stelle sodass Eidechsen im Zimmer waren

Nettes Hotel. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Renovierung wäre angebracht.

Cons:

Alle zimmer hatten die Fenster zum Gang/Balkon, wodurch jeder in jedes Zimmer schauen konnte.

Localização excelente, pertinho do balneário público e a três quadras do centrinho.

Cons:

As fotos do Booking são incríveis.

Mas nos deram os piores quartos, longe da área bonita, onde há as melhores vistas e a piscina.

Os funcionários não interagem. Não espere nada deles. Devem ser muito mal pagos.

Al lot of complains. In the end she called the police to scare us away.

They advertise with daily roomcleaning but our room is not cleaned for 3 days. Ripped bedsheeds en nailpolish stains when we arrived. We were schocked because there are big signs saying you have to pay 500 pesos for dirty or broken sheeds/ towels.

We did nog get de lakeview we payed for, there is smoking all around the property, the fontain is broken and the douche is al covered in chalk.

They speak perfectly english when you are positive but forget that when you have a quistion or need help.

When we were leaving they only speaked Spanish because i had complains the day before. When i hand in my roomkey i think she was saying everything was alright, i did not know for sure so i asked her to translate on the phone. That was the moment she began to scream at me: Calma calma i call police to you.

We only have red the good reviews. Please do not believe them. Afterwards we saw a pattern in the bad reviews. Please take this seriously!
