La ubicación se encuentra frente a una entrada pública a la laguna y muy cerca de tours, también cerca de restaurantes sin necesidad de ir al centro, la vista a la laguna espectacular

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento,la zona de la alberca luce descuidada muchas lámparas no funcionan y tiene pasillos muy oscuros, está lleno de escaleras el hotel y mi madre casi se cae al no ver un escalón

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Nos encantó que estaba en el malecón, frente al acceso a la laguna de los 7 colores, que se podía ver desde nuestra terraza...tambièn a 3 cuadras del centro y del parque principal, donde venden las deliciosas marquesitas y comida...personal muy amable, como Tania y Carlos, quien me ayudó a dar una habitación a unas personas que conocimos en el parque y que les recomendamos el hotel...la señorita de la limpieza muy amable, nos ayudó a bajar nuestro equipaje del 2do. Piso...con gusto volveremos mi esposo y yo si Dios nos lo permite

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que para ir a las habitaciones teníamos que subir unas escaleras muy pronunciadas y con muchos escalones...aún así, nos volveremos a hospedar ahí con el favor de Dios...bendiciones para su personal y sus familias

The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean. The pool and view pleasant and the location was right across the street from the lagoon. Close to several good cafes. Had lovely tour options with pick up from the hotel.

Well maintained facility, and location is perfect. We did visit here in off-season and the hotel was nearly empty, therefore we got a new-renovated room.

Cons:

As this is across the street of a big beach-club, it could be noisy in the evenings. And parking might be tricky in high season.

Decepcionante, nos mintieron de la disponibilidad de las instalaciones.
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda

Cons:

El personal no fue muy amable, la alberca no estuvo disponible durante nuestra estancia.
Nos habían asignado otra habitación qué no era la que pedimos, al final nos dieron la correcta.

Good place with potential
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the AC a must in Bacalar. Also it benefited from a nice view on the Laguna.

Cons:

The bed sheets had holes, the towels were outdated and the sink was instable. Also you have to keep in mind that there's quite some noise in this area (party places).
The wooden rood attracts lots of pigeons, which can be noisy too. Although it's nice hearing birds while waking up!

- Pool wurde ohne vorherige Ankündigung saniert und daher nicht nutzbar gewesen
- sehr hellhörig
- undichte Stelle sodass Eidechsen im Zimmer waren
