Restaurant was really nice and the food very good. We'd like a few more options like cereals and pastries, tea and milk.

Hot shower not working properly, not well maintained
The staff remained apologetic, patient, and accommodating throughout. Once settled, we found the place to be safe, friendly, and overall a good stay in La Union.
We had a rough start at Patio by Balai Norte—the first room had a broken aircon, and we waited around 30 minutes in the heat. Unfortunately, the second room’s aircon wasn’t working properly either, which made things frustrating.
