The room design was ok
The room was dirty. Dirty sheets, cigarette but in the bathroom. The complimentary shower gels etc were already used. Reception staff absent. The windows were opaque as so dirty. There was a phone number to speak to hotel reception staff who either didn’t answer or hung up on us.
I arrived late at night, around 11:00 PM, after completing on-site installations. I had booked a suite through Booking, but when I checked in, they gave me a double room instead. The bathroom was dirty, which was very off-putting. After such a long day, I was really looking forward to a refreshing shower, but there was no water in the room.
I had already unpacked my belongings in the room, and when I mentioned the issue, they moved me to another floor, claiming there was water there. However, when I went to the new room, the water pressure was very low, and there was no hot water.
At this point, I was extremely disappointed, so I decided to leave the hotel without notifying anyone and checked into another hotel. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
We came to October, and the swimming pool was empty. For sauna they wanted to charge. Finally, we get sauna for free.
They do not inform us about swimming pool. The reason we chose this hotel that we want pool

Too much noise from a weeding taking place. Breakfast was very limited, only eggs. No water in the fridge.

Room was cleaned after 1st night stay and never again. In the room was extremely cold when we arrived, it was 10 degrees inside and took as a while to make it hot with aircon. The sink was blocked completely, Black hair all over the bathroom, rubbish never been collected for 3 days. Receptionist never been there. When we arrived in hotel last night our key didn't work so we had to call reception to get a new key, it took him 15min to come to hotel. And luckily we had a local number to call, otherwise we would not be able to find or contact anyone as nobody was there and all the doors where closed no staff at all.
everything perfect. the room is very big and clean. Internet, air conditioning, maximum hygiene. very affordable price. guaranteed parking, restaurant, everything. thank you Staff
