Nothings stupid hotel
I had a very bad experience staying at Hotel Sahara Rawang, and even though I didn’t take any photos, the middle-aged receptionist can confirm the situation because she was the one who assisted us and provided replacement bedsheets during our stay, and from the beginning things were already not going well as the first room we received had no air conditioning, and although they changed it for us, the next room was still not acceptable with very poor cleanliness, especially the toilet which was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned, and even the drawer inside the room contained inappropriate items along with leftover biscuits which made us feel very uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene.
In total, I booked three rooms expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately all three rooms had issues, including one where the bedsheet had visible blood stains which was extremely shocking and unacceptable, and to make things worse, there was no proper spare key system as the staff had to use tools to break open doors just to access the rooms which made the whole place feel very unsafe and unprofessional, and this is not something any guest should experience when staying in a hotel that is supposed to provide basic comfort and security.
The situation became even worse when my friend got stuck inside the restroom and instead of having a proper solution, the staff had to break the door to get him out, and afterward they offered a smaller room even though I had booked a bigger one, which we did not accept as it was not what we paid for, and overall this experience was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and stressful, and I strongly feel that the management needs to seriously improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards to ensure no other guests go through such a terrible stay.
Nothing… you take money from customers, please take care well of the hotel. Please don’t book this hotel, waste of money.
