Got alot of room for improvement.
Cons:

Cleanliness is quite not good. Can see stain marks in bedsheet. And think its not being vacuumed and changed too if im nt wrg as can see hairs and dust. Air con remote control was not working at first so we had to go counter twice and technician came later on only to change the remote control which i believe all this should be done beforehand even before the room being booked. As i only checked in at almost night 11pm and not 2pm. So there should have been ample time for cleaning and maintenance. All this should be improved to sustain their customers.

Good location and great price
Pros:

It was easy to find and roughly a twenty minute walk from the rail station. Being able to walk to nearby restaurants and the morning market (open every morning except Mondays) made the stay much better. The air conditioner worked well. Also, I was very happy to see a gecko roaming around on the hallway walls.

Cons:

The door was tricky to open until we learned the method. If you need toilet paper, bring your own. There is a bidet (hose), but the water came
out a bit forcefully. The bathroom had quite a bit of mold, but the area is very humid, so maybe it is understandable.
