Pros:

Mostly the staff Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Gagan and entire down team ready ti help in every aspect and try their best.

Pros:

Everything is easily accessible from the property. Very good location. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very tasty. You can make your choice from a menu for breakfast, lunch and even for late night dinners.
Highly recommend for family and groups. The Hotel is exactly as it is from the photos posted online. Our room was very clean and spacious. The WiFi connection was very good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Grand Park Inn, located in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I arrived, a warm and professional team greeted me, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The staff at the hotel are incredibly courteous and go out of their way to make sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The highlight of my experience was the outstanding support from the Hotel Manager, Mr. Sanjay Thakur. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. After returning from a late Agra tour at 3 AM, I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Thakur arranged for staff to assist with room services immediately. His prompt and considerate approach truly made my stay memorable. In terms of value for money, Hotel Grand Park Inn offers a fantastic experience without breaking the bank. For anyone visiting New Delhi with Family and looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience.
