Great Location for visiting the best of Sant Maria
Pros:

Perfectly located off the main beach area but just a 5 minute walk to the main bars, restaurants and beach. Area is quiet, with a supermarket a minute walk away.
Not to big to be impersonable, all the staff were very polite and friendly. We ate there aa few times and the food was very good.

Manque de Wi-Fi ds la chambre seulement possível au niveau 0. Télévision n’a jamais fonctionner.
Lit trop petit 140 cm, plus de habitude de dormir ds un lit aussi petit. Personnel pas à l’écoute du client. Repas trop cher en rapport avec d’autres restaurants de Santa Maria.

Good stay for 1-2 nights or for a budget trip
Pros:

Why did we give a high score - people there. They are just VERY nice! They helped us with everything we asked and we felt good with our baby. And It was a last minute booking and all of the prices in the city were going crazy like start was from 350 per night. We found this place for 100. The location is ok. The only existing big supermarket is next door. To stay for 1-2 nights is a good choice.

Cons:

The property is in general old. So, even if the owner really wants, it can’t be super clean. But everything was working. There is hot water. The bedsheets were very clean and the mattresses are comfortable. The floor can be cleaned better and the walls in the shower.

Pros:

El alojamiento estaba bien, acogedor y correcto. Camilla, la dueña fue amable y disponible y nos ofreció duchas al dejar la habitación por tener vuelo nocturno. Fue muy amable. Cocina buena y terraza agradable para cenar.

Cons:

La ducha pequeña y sin cortina. No hay internet en la habitación

Localização muito boa, perto do centro e da praia e supermercado quase ao lado. Zona tranquila e calma. O quarto bem limpo, confortável e com todas as comodidades necessárias. O staff prestável e simpático. Pequenos serviços como tours, restaurante e telefone muito úteis.

Cons:

WiFi não chega aos quartos mas na recepção e parte exterior funciona muito bem e o espaço permite a utilização de maneira confortável.

très déçu, je n'aurai pas choisi cet établissement si j'avais su comment il était.
Pros:

L'emplacement est bon, proche du centre-ville, des commerces et des plages. Notre hôte nous a bien reçus et nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à l'avance pour notre départ vers 6h du matin.

Cons:

Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est assez vieux, pas très confortable. Nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel même si la saison commençait tout juste. La chambre n'était pas assez ventilée (quelle chaleur !) et la fenêtre donne sur un chantier en travaux. Difficile de bien dormir dans ces conditions. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas de grande qualité (pas de produits locaux). Etant donné le prix élevé de la nuit, je m'attendais à beaucoup plus confortable.

Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Les équipements des chambres sont d’un autre temps (tv cathodique dans les chambres, je n’en avait pas vu depuis 20 ans), draps décolorés, la salle de bains est minuscule et la douche n’est même pas équipée d’un rideau.
Il n’y a pas de wifi dans les chambres et le wifi de la reception est très instable.
Petit déjeuner basique et sans produits locaux.
Prix de la nuit très élevé compte tenu de la prestation
