This place is worth the price.
Pros:

The location is very near the shopping mall and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. The linens are clean, bathroom is clean with complete toiletries. I was anxious about the previous negative review about the internet since i needed to work online but during my stay, the wifi was fine and fast.

Pros:

Our stay at One Madison Luxury Residences was outstanding. The unit was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished. Fresh sheets, towel available and the kitchen was ready to use right away. As someone who’s particular about cleanliness, I was impressed. Bath products were a bonus. Also the wifi was fast, reliable and strong.

The location is perfect for both business and leisure, with restaurants, shops and transport all within walking distance.

It truly lived up to the "luxury" name. Excellent experience. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a premium place in the city.
